Previously, we were lacking in appreciating our employees wherever they were due because of lack of mode of appreciation.

But with EngageWith, this problem of ours has been resolved. Now, any employee can be easily recognised easily with the help. And the reward points helps in building high value of appreciation within the employees.

I think EngageWith is a great helpful tool for creating a positive and engaged work environment. The platform creates a sense of community and camaraderie among team members and makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. Our team morale is grown.

The system occasionally returns results that have nothing to do with each other. The platform's user interface may also be confusing and crowded. It might be challenging to discover others who are interested in the same things you are.

Culture of appreciation and rewards are publicly. Points can be redeemed on variety of apps. Integrated with most used systems for companies. Easy to understand UI. Affordable for every size of companies.

Time consuming for bigger teams, department with more employees. Teams or employee not getting enough or any rewards can turn into disappointment and slacking on work.

Understanding each departments work and recognising them is difficult for me as an HR, EngageWith helps to take over that task for me as team members keep motivating each other.
