Sometimes we need to wait a bit for the back-end engineers to configure tweaks but that does not happen often and the processing time is always very reasonable.

Prior appointment of EngageRocket, we have assessed various reputable global providers. Whilst pricing did not differ greatly - EngageRocket stood out from the team, the product and the relevance to business needs. Extremely client centric, and they understand our business and people needs. Not a typical "vendor" in the market.

EngageRocket offerings is tailored for multiple stakeholder - from employees, managers, management and as well as board. Management dashboard is amazing. Most importantly, it is relevant to current market trend/business needs.

Also, their people - Remarkable team (sales team as well as delivery team) - strong technical knowledgable and also with valuable industry insights. And constantly go the extra miles.

Less for my end. I envisage EngageRocket will often face questions from others on "industry norm" data - which I personally do not think this being relevant in an engagement survey.

The key intent for engagement is to ensure we put in place appropriate measures to increase our staff engagement and not to compare how "happy/engage" our staff is compared to other companies. However, this is very often forgotten by many.

Engagerocket provides very clear delineation of the building blocks for employee enegagement. This assists managers in understanding both what they are doing well and what they can improve.

More importantly, Engagerocket provides tips with ideas on initiatives to improve areas that score poorly.

Comparisons between surveys are difficultwhen individual staff numbers vary from survey to survey.

It's a user friendly platform to create and analyse pulse and onboarding surveys. As a self service user, its not difficult to navigate the creation & uploading. The analytics page also provides sufficient and comprehensive insights to each survey which allows us to see results easily. Moreover the customer success team's assistance is very prompt & helpful in helping to navigate and troubleshoot errors.

Not much to dislike about the platform. (Qualify that we have yet to try this feature) - perhaps a downloadable powerpoint version of the survey results can be generated with a click of a button or even a feature that can allow for comparisons over a period of time would be very helpful.

Ease of gathering sentiments from the ground.

Besides the survey setups, there're also other tools such as people talks, articles etc. to engage HR professionals. We are looking into Grow platform as well

There is no negative comments for EngageRocket. ALL GOOD!
