Engagement Multiplier is Brilliant for me to use as a business adviser to my clients. We use the tool which is all online and cloud based to simply take the temperature of staff in a company and find out where there engagement levels are and collect ideas to develop the company from staff feedback which makes it much easier to build improvements across the business and put it into the development plan. The Graphical interface makes it much easier to see quickly and easily where the hotspots are and what we need to focus on to improve engagement in the organisation.
Initially the questions were all fixed and the feedback was limited by the understanding of the participants when the job titles and descriptions were not specific to their organisation but generic. However I understand that now we can have bespoke questions this now makes it a Taylor made questionnaire.
As a coaching advisor I found the results of the Engagement Multiplier feedback from the Clients staff to be incredibly useful in developing a plan of action is to engage the workforce and make sure that they are achieving the best performance they can across the business. This resulted in engagement levels going up for all of my clients who are using it and my services to create improvement across their businesses.
