The ability to get "real time" data on prospects in key verticals and have the ability to connect via multiple channels. The data shows the intent and allows the team to focus their time strategically.

Creating new lead lists is quite fiddly, more often then not I'll get some error. I'm sure it's user error but would be great if there was a simpler way to create lists.

Not too much to be honest, Sometimes the platform can get slightly slow but that's due to the amount of activity. I think it could be easier to use if there were less clicks when trying to action an account (Change status or add to a certain list)
EngageIQ is making prospecting easier by providing an easy to use customer interface that gives us complete control over how we work and address our data. This means I can work more efficiently and get more done throughout my day.
What I like the best about EIQ is that I get numbers for the contacts I want to speak with. No having to mess around asking gatekeepers. Its all there. When you get mobile numbers for prospects, its a game changer
If there was intergration with my other tools such as saleforce and outreach, then this would be a no brainer to use EIQ. But at the moment, that is a nice to have and isnt make or break.
I would also like to see the info updated more often. Sometimes the prospect worked there 5 years ago and has retired.

EngageIQ has a well-developed platform that enables you to identify top contacts in prospective companies, provide feedback on leads and track the status of leads within the portal.
The only real downside to using EngageIQ is that the criteria for lead generation can often become skewed, with a few leads for services that our company to not provide being uploaded to the portal. That being said, once these leads are identified they are often replaced.
Make sure you set the criteria for lead generation as early as possible and continue to provide feedback on the criteria.
Being a two-man business, we often do not have the time or resources to prospect day in day out. The EngageIQ platform has allowed us to use what time we do have to effectively identify new customers.
Getting access to the people within accounts, with contact data really fast tracks the amount of time it takes to open an account and have a conversation. The intel on all IT is very interesting and useful info to see updated live within the accounts.
Very good tool, for contact data however the Intel I would like more targeted for our business to be able to laser focus on key intel for our product and account lists of interest using Engage IQ. I feel there would be more impact with more focus on the intel of interest and having it ranked in data order.
It is helping fast track our volume of conversations and quality of conversations with access to the main decision makers quicker, to help us gain better insight and intel to have more relevant conversations quicker.
