I like how Encyro makes it easy for clients to upload sensitive documents through my upload page and how they don't even have to create and remember their password (unless they want to).

Nothing really that I dislike. Encyro is simple, and does what I need it to do. An integration with Gmail/Google Drive and other features might be nice, but i think Encyro's biggest stregnth is it's simplicity, and too many new features could take away from that.

I am able to transmit and receive sensitive documents to my clients without having to add password encryption to the files. This saves me time and frustration.

I love the simplicity of the portal. My clients can easily drop in their documents and I get it immediately. I called it my secure Dropbox for my clients. I have lots of sensitive information that needs to be sent and I always can count on Encyro to deliver it to me. I also like that my portal shows my face, as that little feature helps to continue to build confidence that my client is uploading their documents to the right place.

I just wish they had an area for my clients to put their name in when submitting info. Sometimes, email addresses can get mixed up or confusing. Besides that, I love everything about Encyro. It allows me to simply have sitting there as an asset until I need it, building trust with me clients.

For the value, I haven't found a software that does more. This is exactly what I needed for my business when transmitting sensitive information and they provided it without breaking the bank.

I needed a secure measure to receive sensitive information from my clients as an accountant, and did not want and simply can't receive this information via regular email. When I tell my clients to use my secure portal, I can always see a bit of relief or confidence that I am looking out for their personal information by doing this. So, it builds trust and this is certainly the biggest benefit I have seen from this software, especially as an accountant.

Reliable, fast, and great customer service. It’s very easy to use! Volunteers have no problem using it. One of the best features we love is, we get to send documents over the phone! Making it super easy!

I would like to see an app in the Near future. Also, the settings for administrators can be a bit a bit challenging.

Maybe cane have it more app friendly.

We get to sign documents online! It has made it very to easy for our programs. Our VITa program would not exist if it wasn’t for encyro.

Look no further, I have used other encrypted email that were much more expensive and they pale in comparison to Encyro

Ability to get HIPAA compliant medical records to clients

Being able to Brand the secure portal as my own is huge for a small business like mine. It makes it easier to compete with the larger accounting firms. The fact that folks can access it (to send or receive) without an account makes them happy as well!

I would really like to be able to delete files I no longer need. Or at least be able to Archive them. If I could organized them, even subfolders, that would be over the top!

With today's ID theft craziness, I can send and receive sensitive information to/from clients and not worry.

Encyo is very easy to use. The Outlook plugin was one of the main features I was looking for & it makes sending secure messages easy.

Using Encyro via the internet browser takes a bit of getting used to. The interface could be cleaner.

The need to send secure/sensitive information securely. Encyro adds legitimacy to our business when we have a way to send documents that contain sensitive information securely & gives our customers confidence we are handling their information in a professional manner.

The two things I like best is the easy upload for clients. Also e-signature is free!

I love the easy to use a secure system. I know it works, and I know I can rely on it to get what I need to my clients.

The easy pricing system helps keeps things simple. The customized upload page is great. My clients don't even have to create an account to upload. They can just go to my page and upload straight from there. They can even take a picture straight from my upload page with their phone to send me their tax documents.

I especially love the new E-Sign feature.

There isn't much I dislike. The system works so well and seamless, what's not to like.

If there's anything that could use additional features it would be the interface. The interface could use some additional viewing options. (i.e., list, detail, icon)

When I started out as a tax prepare, I learned that I would need a reliable secure way to access the client's documents. Cybersecurity is of utmost importance to the accounting community, especially when it comes to people's tax returns.

Encyro keeps my client's information secure and safe.

My clients can easily access their documents even very far in the future.
