I always find it challenging to gather relevant feedback from people around me. With the help of Enalyzer, employees and clients are more comfortable in voicing out their thoughts through meaningful surveys.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company has been utilizing different survey tools to gather relevant feedback and data on how we can keep on improving our services. We’ve used about 3-4 platforms, but we didn’t get as much information as compared to using Enalyzer. I like how they arrange and format each question so that we could get more answers that we could use to improve or fix things. It makes it easier for us to compile all this information and further analyze them before coming up with a new set of solutions or action plans. I always look forward to launching a new collection of surveys every 15 days and patiently wait for its results to populate. The entire platform is easy to use; that is why a lot of people enjoy using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can say that Enalyzer is such a big help for us, but it doesn't mean that it's perfect because it also comes along with some flaws that can affect the results of the surveys. I was hoping that they can find a smarter solution on how to permanently get rid of all the error messages that occasionally pops up the screen. The reporting feature is a little bit challenging to work with nowadays because some of the data are not readily available on the portal. Some data are entirely redundant, and survey optimization is highly recommended to ensure that all the results showing on the reports are very much accurate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Enalyzer may not work perfectly on our end, but I can say that it has a lot of potentials to surpass other survey apps in the market as long as they keep working hard to improve on some things. The features are quite easy to understand and execute from a users perspective; that is why it's very in-demand with many companies nowadays. Enalyzer has played a significant role in our surveys, and we so appreciate all the feedback we are getting from clients and employees. That is why we, as an organization, continue to strive hard to make follow-ups and resolve any issues we have to keep everyone happy.

Very convenient to use and easy to learn so everyone can use it.

PROS: Enalyzer has one of the best-designed user interfaces amongst any other platforms that I've used before. Plus the price is not that expensive, which makes it more attractive to small and medium-scale organizations.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike with Enalyzer. I've tried the free version, and the results are quite impressive. Plus do not disregard the fact that it allows a lot of individuals to access the platform at the same time, which makes it advantageous to use. All you need to do is wait for all the surveys to be filled up, and the results will be automatically tallied for your convenience.

There are so many things that I like about this platform that is why we chose it in the first place. It can launch and create different kinds of online surveys depending on the need of our company. Enalyzer is known for creating surveys that look attractive to convince more people to take part in and answer some questions. It's easy for us to gather the raw data and turn it into a well-organized report that will help us interpret customer behavior and feedback in the most simplified manner. Enalyzer is one of the most affordable survey maker app that we could find in the market. For its price and performance, I can say that we already made a great deal with Enalyzer.

Enalyzer may be a great tool that takes charge of creating surveys, but I don't consider it as perfect. If you've started using the app, you will soon notice its flaws that could affect the surveys' output. Enalyzer needs to fix and upgrade its UI because most users are not fond of it. After all, it is difficult to use. There are times that the survey reports don't coincide with the actual count leaving us with no choice but to resort to manual counting and filtering instead. This process takes so much time to finish; that is why something needs to be done right away. Despite the setbacks, I still choose Enalyzer as our survey partner because of high customer engagement rates.

I understand that getting feedback from other people is an essential aspect of the business because it helps us get better insights into improving the way we do things. However, not all people are pretty much comfortable straightforwardly giving feedback; that is why online surveys are quite helpful. With Enalyzer, people can freely express their opinions and break them down into smaller details. Also, it is easy for us to create surveys and send the links via email or chatgroup. Ever since we started giving out surveys, our productivity has improved in so many ways that even resulted in a more significant revenue jump for the last quarter.

PROS: I love using Enalyzer for all company-initiated surveys. It’s very user friendly interface encourages more people to use the app and produce more successful and informative surveys.

What do you like best?

The foremost thing to applaud about this tool is its compatibility to the organization needs for surveys and how we want operate it in our premises. We can easily design surveys for our organisations quickly with animations and images attachments that attracts the audience to respond in an effective manner. We can extract most from this tool in a reliable way allowing us to view all the user responses and comprehend it in easy ways.

It is by far an economical option loaded with whole load of features and tools to design, respond and analyze the survey campaigns.

What do you dislike?

There are few flaws which hinders our performances and results from the surveys. For the starters, the interface is not at all user friendly and follows complex procedures. The other thing which disturbs our overall working is the way we conceive the survey results and can't really distinguish or filter them out on the basis of our demands and needs. So far we can design highly intuitive surveys which can for sure engages a lot of users in to responding our surveys and that's what we really like about this tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enalyzer helps us analyze our employees and clients views and their suggestions on how we can improvise our overall working patterns and put in more efforts to uplift the way we work and produce results. The overall benefits includes the time saving and survey templates which helps us in understanding and compiling the surveys in a better way. After being using this tool several times, we have enhanced the productivity at our organization and have achieved better results in our survey campaigns.

What do you like best?

Enalyzer supports the most efficient tools which enables high compact surveys. The integrated set of tools makes sure to properly format the questionnaire which gather in a lot of information and feedback in the most reliable ways. It makes the follow up of surveys quite convenient for us too. We can gather in the analytics and data to further analyze the performances in our organization. The way we can optimize our surveys supports a professional way to gather in huge chunks of information and data. All of its features are very much supportive for easy use and its User Interface has been designed to support the users and gets adapt to it no time.

What do you dislike?

This tool have some visible flaws and errors depicting some slight obstructions in our ways of working. The helpdesk also had also some major flaws which consumes most of the time for the users to operate. The redundant reporting feature also needs major changes which does not even shows all the stats and analytics in a convenient way. We also have few issues to optimize the previously created surveys which disturbs the overall performance of the incoming feedback data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As far as my views are concern after using it for about 1-1.5 years I can say that it has potential to outgrew major tools like SurveyMonkey and Mailchimp. All of its features are well-coordinated loaded with lots of convenience. It has also helped us in major surveys conducted each and every month. This way we can easily input responses and can supports our user with easy to get done surveys. We have also been able to add questionnaire which further engages the audience in inputting their reviews regarding our services.

It's affordable and has a clean and modern design.

What do you dislike?

First of all it's free and the design is nice and easy to use. It allows 150 respondents on the free plan, which is a lot. In addition, it updates in real-time so it's good to see results flowing in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Play around with it and try out the different features options to see how you like it. It is intuitive so it shouldn't be a problem implementing your solution.

I was trying to collect data for a data science group project. Enalyzer allowed our group to organize the data collected in a way that can be easily imported for mathematical manipulations,
