Enablix is quick and easy to use. I use it everyday and have found it to be simple as well as receiving emails letting me know how much time the recepient has viewed a page for.
Some of the downsides are that you can't share just one page with a recepient

Enablix has changed the way we communicate with clients. I have a wealth of material readily available to send to clients and I can see if they have interacted with the material and for how long. Before this we were in the dark. Also, I can search for solely externally shareable info so I don't mistakenly send something out that is internal only.
I wish more taglines were added to our material to search deeper but that has nothing to do with Enablix itself.
Enablix has marketing material as well as internal training for all of our products right at our fingertips.
So easy to navigate, like knowing if prospect is engaging the content sent. Sales rep always willing to assist with training or questions that you may have.

I ran into an issue the other day when I was trying to send one email to multiple addresses. I could not find an option to send just an email without having an asset attached to it. There may be a way to do this, but I wasn't able to easily find it.
Enablix solves the problem of sending out information and assets without having to search files saved to the computer, and to multiple clients all at once. It saves time, energy, and hassle.
Easy to use and nice look and really cool that you can track how much time your client spent on the e-mail you send him.
I wish we could upload our own documents to send to clients. Maybe we can and I don't know how!

Capabiliity of tracking who actually is viewing the material needs to be improved upon. I really like to paste links in exsisting chains as opposed to sending seperate emails with links.

I am not able to create distribution lists for my different dealer groups. It does not integrate with Totango so I cant log the emails I send directly from enablix.
