Es muy facil de admministrar desde su plataforma de gestión. Nos ha ayudado bastante para identificar las SIMs activas, incativas, cobertura en algunas zonas y batallar con distintos problemas de comunicación a lo largo de nuestro país.

Creo que sería muy positivo que avancen en terminos de reportabilidad y creacones de Dashboards para mejorar las métricas que se pueden extraer desde el sitio. Hoy en su mayoría se defienden con tablas dinamicas.

Problemas de cobertura y conectividad celular en distintas zonas del país

Mi experiencia a sido muy gratificfante, respecto a la calidad de la señal de las sim, lo facil de activar y desactivar las sim a traves de la plataforma de control, muy recomendable la calidad del servicio

En general no tengo muchos descontentos, estoy muy satisfecho con la plataforma, lo unico que podrian mejorar es hacer instructivos para las actualizaciones de la plataforma, ya que cuando se actualizar debo volver a aprender a utilizar la plataforma, un instructivo simple ayudaria

Very easy to activate or deactivate SIM. It is a potent tool for managing all connections in the Dashboard

There is absolutely nothing to dislike!

All is working fine, but it could be a good idea to have different tools for SIMs listed

The activation and deactivation is very easy to manage, and you can take the control all connections in the same time

The API, Support and information available are great for automating activatition & deactivation of SIM.

Punctually:

- Some reports, after a certain treshold of number of SIMs, start to be a little slow to show the information

- There isn't an specific endpoint in the API to retrieve the activated, deactivated and issued number of SIMs

Connectivity at a continental level and automating the use and adminsitration of our SIMs, helping in reducing passive costs.

SIM are easy to manage. The very good coverage worldwide.

Friendly and reliable customer support.

We resell Emnify SIMs to a number of clients in South America, providing local billing, stock, service and supplementary services

Excellent service quality. Answers by email are quick and competent. Self service Dashboard on SIM cards giving good insight.

Registering to a network with the AT+COPS=? command takes significantly longer. Support did help greatly to reduce it (but still at ~5 s).

Using provider with best signal quality on site without need to check before. Industrial SIM cards with wider temperature range available.
