It is very easy to use to connect with patients and provided support. Customer support is easy to reach and help with any issues. There are a lot of features that can be used and it seamlessly integrates with our programs.

We switched to Emitrr two months ago from another provider. The implementation went smoothly and the support team has been super responsive with help when needed. The devlopment team is curious about how they can best support our processes. All are top notch. Emitrr is easy to use and intuitive.
We have been working together with the team on our intake forms. Forms are not their main focus, but the team has been receptive and flexible in creating the forms as we need.
As a conceirge medical practice, we are available to our patients 24/7. Emitrr allows our patients to send off a text about a symptom, a question or a refill request when they are thinking about it. Weekend and night call is easier on our providers as a rest of the ease at which they can interact with a patient real time. The feature that allows a text to be reassigned to another team member is so valuable to us. We also like the ability to attach an internal note to a patient's text.
Emitrr has top notch customer service! Anytime I've needed them, they've responded very quickly and are always willing and able to help. They look for ways to continue to make their product better to match their customer's needs. Very friendly staff! Easy to use product!
I have no complaints so far. They've been great to work with.

We do not use Emitrr to communicate or promote to customers. We use it to communicate with our 100+ drivers across the country. We used to use a very popular platform but it was lacking some features we wanted. Emitrr allowed us to add signatures to our text messages, send mass text messages, send timed messages, allow us to separate drivers based on our territories and allowed the team to easily manage the messages as they come in.
EMITRR is very user friendly and has a lot of features that our staff love. The staff have been very supportive and responsive to questions, needs, and requests.
I have not found anything I dislike yet.
They are assisting us with scheduling out text messages to send to clients on a regular basis to help promote a healthy pregnancy and delivery. The system has allowed us to communicate across our team with staff, assign clients to staff, and track engagement.
Customer Engagement is made more accessible with many add-on features needed for quality-centric companies.
No Free Trial/plan. Subscription plan seems to be costlier for Low and medium scale companies.
Campaign Automation was so helpful for our organisation and we used it twice.
When we need help or have a question, they reply quickly and are willing to go above and beyond to resolve an issue. In addition, they will try to add suggested features to future updates to benefit the customer's experience.
We couldnt create our contact signup forms in the program BUT the support team helped us create forms in Jotform and automate them through Zapier.
Scheduling text campaigns to multiple audiences.
Automated day to day tasks like reminders, appointments, review requests, scheduling tasks, follow ups from clients or customers. No need to manage things separately all under one roof.
There are a lot of things that requires fix, like sometimes the font doen't display in proper formatting, during call sometime there is lag which causes inconvience to our clients, sometimes reminder doesn't pop up on time.
Emitrr helped us in managing the interaction and engagement with the customers and keeping track with follow ups and reminders scheduled which ultimately improved the reliability and productivity.

It is a very early stage for them and that is the reason they do not have very advanced API's and webhooks.

We're using Emitrr at the Spokane Police Department to automate officer recruitment efforts. Emitrr allows us to send notifications in bulk to prospective candidates and helps us ensure we're communicating well. Emitrr was very easy to implement, the support team is excellent, and we've had no issues getting the system going. Emitrr saves our recruitment team a lot of time in communicating with potential candidates.

We're using Emitrrr to communicate with prospective officer candidates and let them know about upcoming testing and job opportunities with our department. Before Emitrr, we had to manage communication by calling/texting individual people and tracking in a spreadsheet. Now we can manage everything through the platform and we know that we've reached out to everyone we need to contact. We also like managing things from a single phone number so a whole team can see exactly what has been sent and when.
