I like the emfluence marketing platform because, with it, I saw a return on investment in just 6 months, which is faster than the industry average of 10 months. Also, its support team consists of marketers, providing not only IT technology but also personalized and strategic support. It also provides agency services for businesses that need additional assistance in areas such as SEO and website design.

Some of its features are not updated, but I have never had any problems while working with it, and I am satisfied with my overall experience with using it.

I like the ability to manage email campaigns and social media all in one place. I also like that emfluence is constantly adding new features and improving.

The emfluence reporting features are very basic (you can expert a csv, but that's about it). We would love the ability to export the data as graphs and visuals and compare email campaigns year to year.

Emfluence is great for beginners in the email campaign/ Marketing Automation world but works best with a little knowledge of HTML

We are working on solving deliverability issues that we weren't aware of until we started using Emfluence. Emfluence has been quick to offer support along the way as well. The benefits of using this platform are having a support team at our disposal as well as the ability to run a preflight test on each and every individual email campaign.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. We use the survey tool frequently and love its functionality. Emails look so much more polished and professional when you send them via emfluence. The use of journeys and workflows can be extremely beneficial to help us improve the client experience through specific and strategic touchpoints.

Sometimes i'm unaware of the newest features, and templates can be difficult to build. Also, there are times when the formatting gets wonky and you have to just take all the copy out and reformat it. That can get annoying.

If you are looking for an easy to learn platform that you can tailor to your needs, this is it. They also provide detailed assistance and training. They are easy to reach when you need help or have questions.

We are able to efficiently communicate both internally and externally, while making it aesthetically pleasing. Love the ability to tailor each email sent to our brand and to the messaging.

I love how easy it is to manage all of my different accounts. Any time I have problems the support team is quick to help fix them.

I wish it were easier to delete contacts

Emfluence is a robust email marketing platform. The capabilities go way beyond just email. Creating groups and running reports is crucial for what we do. The ability to post to social and create automated workflows makes everyone's life easier.

With the drag and drop email platform, it is easy to design emails, surveys and landing pages.

When searching for an email or post from the previous year, you have to review the whole year, you can't just select a quarter.

Enjoy that it will track social posts regardless of where the post originated--either in emfluence or in Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Or platforms don't always have that functionality.

The support team is great. They help with anything our team needs, and they are always willing to add features for us based on our needs.

There are so many optional features, it can get confusing.

Sending mass emails, ease of reviewing responsiveness of email receivers

Working with Emfluence was a breeze. The Emfluence representative that I worked with was very informative and always made sure that they had everything they needed to run our email campaigns.

Sometimes it was hard to get in touch with someone at Emfluence, but overall this didn’t effect my experience.

We had a client in which we needed to advertise the rebranding of their company. This included many email marketing campaigns that we couldn’t have pulled off without Emfluence. With Emfluence’s reporting, we were able to measure the effectiveness of the email campaigns.

I really like how easy the marketing platform is to use. I expected it to be challenging to navigate and edit but in actuality, it's really easy to use. I was intimidated at first, but once I logged in, I realized how simple it was to add, edit, and place content within your platform.

Since using the platform, we've cut down over an hour of time spent on our marketing deliverables!

The only thing that I haven't found to be as easy is the dividers within our template, but I've reached out to our contact on this and am sure it's user error :).. I'll find out soon!

The biggest problem we faced before emfluence was the amount of time we spent putting the deliverable together and compiling analytics each month. Now with emfluence I have everything I need all in one place and it's changed everything.. Most important, it's saved us a lot of time and headaches.
