I think maybe the segment section when selecting to a certain list could be cleaner but overall a great look and functionality

Customer service is terrific. eMailing is complex and getting it all dialed in takes though and effort. The staff at EM have been extremely helpful and responsive.
Takes time to learn to fully utilize the system. Not a fault of EM, any decent eMailing system will require that effort.

The best part is their constant support, Michael in particular. He is a great man and always up to help. I have achieved my desired volume with Emercury within 2 weeks. Looking forward to work with.

I had problem with the Yahoo delivery. I got a stable volume of 50K now but I need to push the volume. Also, I am facing delivery/inbox issue with Hotmail. I would like to figure that out.
