I am in outside sales and have a company credit card for gas, parking, lunch meetings etc. With Tallie, it is simple and easy to use so I am able to keep track of my spending and submit reports using the app on my phone.

I really have not found anything I dislike other than sometimes it will put in the incorrect name of the business when I upload a receipt.

My one dislike, even as an admin, I am not able to delete users who no longer need to be in Tallie.

The phone app and web version doesn't always sync up like they should and when entering a new expense. On the desktop/browser version it would be nice to be able to add the file/image at the same time when adding the dollar amount.

If you are looking for a simple tool to track employee expense while allowing them the opportunity to submit those expense quickly and clearly then Tallie is the app for you. The integration with Bill.com also allows for easy reconciliation and payments to be made to the correct organizations with accountability and confidence.

Staff is able to submit expenses in a much more timely manner and receive reimbursements very quickly. Allows for better monthly reporting and budget management. Tallie also allows our volunteer treasure and part-time assistant the accountability needed to verify purchases according to the budget and any additional expenses that may incur.

I like that it gives me the opportunity to reconcile and review Credit Card expenses along with reimbursements electronically. It has been a huge help for monthly closes, and it gives everything organized and integrates really well with QuickBooks.

The best features I've enjoyed is the Auto-Import feature for cardholders, and the option to single line reject. Often times, companies will not include processing transactions on a statement, but it'll pull over into Tallie, and having the option to push back a single line minimizes delays, and having the auto-import assists users with forgotten expeneses.

Other than that, Smart GL Account coding is another plus, although it's not always accurate, it still speeds up the process.

Sometimes, I have had issues with syncing new cards to the system, and the process to switch cards over to a new admin was very difficult in the past, so we opted to keep a user active to maintain credit cards.

It's not the most ideal, as I'll need to masquerade as the old user, but at least we still have access and able to manage cards.

I think when the company I work for decided on using Tallie, it ultimately was due to the attention to detail and support Tallie offers. It's an expense management system that puts customer service first. Also, with recent changes and additions, I can see Tallie being able to offer more important features, and looking to further streamline Reconciliations.

Tallie is mostly used for monthly reconciliations and expense reimbursements. It helps us import into QuickBooks, and the benefit of using the system is giving users accountability of their own expenses, and it's an easier user friendly system, rather than paper and in person reviews.

It also helps users with tracking forgotten expenses with the auto-import feature, and smart coding.

I enjoy the Customer Support the best, they have always been very helpful and attentive at solving our issues/questions

I like how easy it is to submit addresses as it pulls them up for you. Makes submitting to my manager extremely simple for them to quickly approve.

Sometimes the mileage distance changes for trips that I frequently make so I am not sure why that happens.

Tallie is very easy to use. There is more than one way to upload your receipts. You can use your desktop or your mobile phone; either way is fast and easy. As a company administrator, I receive a lot of positive feedback from employees about Tallie. Even new employees find Tallie very easy to use. There's no reason to schedule training sessions.

I cannot think of a downside. We've used more than Tallie to process employee expenses and so far Tallie is the best.

We've been able to process T&E reimbursements in different currencies using Tallie.

Very easy to create and submit expenses + final expenses reports with workflow tracking. Integrates nicely with an app on the phone for taking pictures of receipts. Good export functionality of reports.

Nothing I dislike specifically. Sometimes the buttons to go back and look at history are not as intuitive as I believe they can be, but clicking around I usually find what I need relatively quickly.
