Emburse Certify Expense Reviews

The receipts upload automatically to Certify which allow for easy tracking of expenses.

So far I have not experienced any downsides.

Emburse card makes it easy to track receipts and expenses, it also makes submitting monthly expenses very easy. Additionally card can be used at most vendors that I use which means I can put all of my operating expenses in one place.

The ability to capture via cell phone in the moment. Automatic creation of report at beginning of each week saves time in preparing report to submit.

Haven't found anything to honestly say I dislike.

The need to keep receipts and create an expense report. It's as easy as capturing image of receipt once in hand, reconciling weekly before our due date and submitting. Keeps track and sends updates as it progresses. If there are duplicates or any other issues it is flagged with solution recommended.

The fact that our employees are now aware of the budget approved for their business travel and also providing them with the option to choose travel options that fits within the approved spending.

There is nothing to dislike as we are now able to save and cut travel expenses.

Setting an overall travel expense budget for an employee became a lot easier with Emburse. Now we do not have to go through manual process of reimbursement when employee submits the bill as all the process now have been automated and travel spends are also ensured to be within approved budget!

Ease of navigation, what needed attention.

I dislike this particular question because it won't stop interrupting the submission.

Just for expense management and travel realted expenses

My favorite feature of this platform is the merging of receipts with my credit card charges. It makes doing expenses very easy. I am also a big fan of splitting expenses.

Nothing that I can think of, I am not unhappy with anything.

I have a recurring expense and use this monthly. It's an easy process to upload receipts and generate the expense report.

I haven't been able to get the report to auto generate with my recurring expenses.

It makes the process simple to electronically submit my expense reports.

Not exactly intuitive. Not sure how to add a receipt to an entry that's already there from my Acct. team. have to recreate.

Keeps track of receipts so no paper needed. Add as I incur expense so it's all there and organized at report time.
