It is the best way to keep track of all your expenses in your company, I really like it because it gives me a detailed report of everything I spend in my company since it establishes alerts and takes control of all the expenses of my company in reality This online system has been very valuable as it is free and that the tools are based on the productivity of my company being strengthened and every day for a good development.

Before it was done manually and we had to deliver all the bills and not be able to lose any. I love its interface. I have been using it since an year for managing the travel expenses of professors and students which are sponsored by TCU. It is very easy to add receipts and its information concisely to the interface. Also, I like that people can just click a photo of their receipts and add it to their account so that I am able to view and issue them a refund for those. Makes my work very easy.
I do not like the sharing options, I wish there were more options for sharing the expenses with others. Like maybe convert them to an excel or a pdf document. This helps not only in printing them and keeping them safe for TCU's expenses records but also helps in making them executable on various types of Operating Systems.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to maintain the budget of big companies. Will surely reduce your workload.
