.The thing i like the most is that the full widget is customizeable

Honestly i dont have anything that i dislike about the service

Its helping showcase my videos on my website and at the same time promoting my instagram

Quite customisable, gives you loads of options based on your sources.

Big plus has been the hands-on assistance from our Account Manager, Teo

It can be quite time consuming to individually pull up different pieces of content

I like that it's highly customizable - you can tailor it to match your exact rendering criteria. The UX/UI feels very intuitive, and the widget integrates nicely with my Squarespace website - installation went smooth and fast.

Some configuration options don't necessarily work, eg. I turned on "autoplay on hover" and somehow videos are not autoplaying when I put mouse over them. Would be lovely to have this functionality working, so people could kinda "preview" videos, without necessarily clicking and opening them.

Also with the lightbox layout on, when meta data are visible, on iphone 13, I can't see "unmute" buttons, which is painful, seems like video can only be seen, not heard. Some additional work is needed toward responsiveness - but overall the tool feels like it has a ton of potential.

Our account manager: Laze Trajkov. He was ALWAYS available, ALWAYS helpful and a great attitude. I honestly think this made a huge difference in using Embed Social. Don't get me wrong their product is great, easy to use and implement, looks good (adapts to brand) but the service was top.

I would only say that the pricing is a bit high, but for the value offered it makes sense.

I had been looking for a tool that would allow me to integrate various Google sections.

Most of them are only designed for the usual social media channels; there are only a few providers for Google. However, these usually focus on reviews.

With EmbedFeed, I was able to cover all of my client's requirements.

In short, the best thing to like about Embed Social is whoever is in charge of hiring is phenomenal at their job. I've worked with Teo and Antonia and can't say enough about how well they performed both during the video calls and the speed and accuracy with which they provided solutions via email. Yes, the software is impressive, reliable, and does a great job of making short work of big tasks. But finding the right people to represent your company, to know your product like they created it, and treating your customers as if they were their own... that's rare. Major kudos all around.

If I was forced to say something I dislike about Embed Social, the only thing I would agree to is that perhaps the onboarding could be easier. But even that comment is weak given that any software onboarding could be easier for some.
