Emamo is taking tasks that we were formerly doing 13240938458 different times, and automating them into one task. Features we didn't even know we needed are now something we don't know how we ever lived without!
Social Media - Loved the social media integration! Made my job a lot easier and allowed for folks to share their sessions on their own.
Display - The event sessions were easy to read and had a simple, yet aesthetically pleasing design. Everything looked so smooth.
Support - Admin reached out to offer support proactively and helped along the way.
Cost - The cost to use this platform was extremely accessible, especially during this time where our team budget was extremely low.

There were no adamant dislikes, just feedback for improvement and features I would love to see implemented for future usage:
Custom registration fields in the platform
Speaker profile syncing so speakers can edit the public profile made for them
Email functionality (ability to save drafts and resend an email seamlessly)
Ability to organize and separate event tags rather than have them only display alphabetically
Engagement mechanism for registrants in the platform such as a chat
Customized send time for automatic reminder emails - day of reminders are sent at 6 AM
Consider the needs that you have for the event, particularly for registration. Create personalized graphics to complement the event.
Emamo made executing a virtual two-day summit more seamless and organized. Rather than having to create a page on our internal website for summit information, Emamo served as a one stop shop to register, make a personalized agenda, join sessions, and read about the event in totality.
How simple it is, in a few clicks you have a wonderful schedule at your fingertips
There is nothing in particular that I dislike
It saves me a lot of time, I can embed it into my website and import/export sessions and speakers from my CFP
What I liked best was the ease of data entry into each session and uploading of content. The domain was great to use, the content was easy to navigate, the ease of use for my attendees was clear, and the perpetual sharing of the content via url made it easy.
What I disliked was the style of the sharing of the sessions. The sessions themselves were great, the automatic photos that came from the data could have been better. This is not a core function, so it was not a big deal. It just was, the least liked feature.
The quality of support was amazing. Quick and easy to connect with the team. They are responsive and open to what you're working on.
The problem I am solving with Emamo is communicating details of my event, sharing up-to-date information, linking partitipants to our livestream, and ultimately sharing back all of the content.
Emamo is simple to use as an administrator and attendee, at a price exponentially smaller than any competitors. The Emamo team is continually adding new features that increase functionality and is incredibly helpful, receptive to feedback and responsive.
This is not a full-featured suite for managing a virtual conference, so don't use Emamo if you're looking for video support. We're hopeful that Emamo will add greater display customization in the future.

It makes building out a schedule for our events very easy. Attendees can easily build a personal schedule.
Emamo makes it easy to create your event schedule and share it with attendees. There are many options to customize the way your event information is displayed and it is easy to embed on your website. It integrated flawlessly with Eventbrite.
The automated graphics created for each session, speaker, and sponsor are very useful in promoting the event.
There was nothing in particular I disliked. Additional features such as event ticketing would help make this more of an all-around event solution.
The design of the event admin dashboard could be improved a little to make it easier to find the settings and features you are looking for.

I used Emamo to share important event information (speakers, schedule, sponsors) with attendees and it worked extremely well. The feature to add links directing users to virtual event sessions turned out to be incredibly useful.
Emamo is very easy to set up and affordable. It makes it very easy for speakers and event organizers to promote their sessions through the social cards Emamo provides. Taylor, the founder, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us set up our event and make sure that it was running smoothly.
Areas where Emamo can improve:
- More native integrations with Hopin & Eventbrite - we found that we were sending too many emails between the three platforms.
- Make it easier for session organizers to update their own sessions including updating the speakers.
- Make it to where session organizers can see who/ how many people have registered for their event.

This is going to sound cliche, but the platform was so user-friendly. We had to use volunteers from outside of our organization to help with check-in for our multi-venue events, and they were able to understand how to do it with no problem!
I also loved how it would send attendees an email every morning with their schedules; they found that to be super helpful.
Also, it was effortless to change up things on the fly. Working in the events world, there will always be a change or two last minute. This platform made making those changes less painful.
This was our first time using Emamo, but it will definitely not be our last!
There were a few attendee profiles that were duplicated however this was an easy fix.
With us using so many different venues and having to manage 80+ events Emamo really helped us save a lot of time in organization.
