Attractive presentations draw people in. New developments / functionalitiues being added all the time! Translation feature is great, powerpoint import is great!The modules are easy to construct with helpful guidelines for each section, and a support team that are second to none.

Just like anything it takes time to learn how to do things quickly and efficiently

Very helpful support when not able to work things through myself. It can take a while for that support to arrive but each time I have had to turn to them they have sorted my problem.

This was my first time using an authoring tool, and I found Elucidat incredibly easy to learn and use. It’s intuitive—very much like working in PowerPoint, but with superpowers! The final results are impressive, and the implementation within our organisation was smooth and fast.

The Customer Success team provided all the training we needed and set everything up so we could start using it straight away. I use the Elucidat module daily, and I’m continuously discovering new features while improving my learning design skills.

We did not have any type of authoring platform before Elucidat, so this has been a huge benefit to my team as we lead our company down a better journey for Learning & Development.

The ability to copy previous projects is helpful.

Some of the editing functionality is confusing and not intuitive. When there's layers to a page, it can be time consuming to edit the page

What I like most about Elucidat is the ease of use, and how easy it is to publish courses and after, re-release them in your LMS. I use Elucidat everyday to create content and it is one of my favourite softwares, so many features you can choose to develop e-learning modules, and hundrds of templates you can choose from. Customer experience is always willing to help out and offer new ideas. Happy that Tip Tuesdays are back!

A drawback I've only recently discovered is the limit in the size of the videos you can upload. However, sometimes it can be coped with embedding the link or syncing a link from an external website so it is not that terrible. But it would be great if the limit was increased.

Creating customized e-learning content for our LMS. Since we have been using Elucidat our user engagement has increased twofold.

We looked into several e-learning authoring systems before unanimously agreeing that Elucidat was the best choice, and we've been so pleased with our decision. The system itself is user friendly, offers a number of easy to use templates, and there are many options to engage learners with the course content. We had two main goals when investing in Elucidat: 1) Elevate our learning experiences to match the aesthetic of our brand and 2) Create e-learnings at scale, and Elucidat has helped us accomplish both those goals within our first year. I would also be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the support we receive from our Customer account manager as well as their Customer Service team. The white-glove service they've provided, starting even before we signed our contract, has been nothing less than exceptional. We signed on for the product, but we will stay for the service.

We use Workday for our LMS, and the integration between the two is a bit lacking, specifically when it comes to Data Analytics (without investing in Elucidat Analytics which does fills the void). I'm also looking forward to seeing more of a seamless experience between Elucidat Author and Elucidat Create; currently, we're unable to use our brand theme and previously built Author projects in Create, which creates more manual work in the latter system. I do believe they're working on bringing these two products closer together, so I look forward to seeing that update.

We have a small team, so we need to be able to create high-quality e-learnings at scale, and Elucidat helps us do so seamlessly.

I like that it is easy to play around with the different elements of a page and constantly update and make edits. I have also found the Elucidat support team extremely responsive and helpful!

Currently our video platform isn't supported, so we aren't able to use the option to prevent users from progressing until all elements of the page are complete. I would love the option to view past edits and be able to revert back to an old version.

Elucidat is our main authoring tool for creating eLearnings, which are made for internal use within our enablement org. It makes it easy to plug in content and present in a formal way to our internal audience. We also use Elucidat for assessments to ensure knowledge is retained.

Elucidats ease of access and use, even for those with limited experince in online content creation was excellent.

Our team of creators also found the provision of templates and consistent support and updates to be exemplarly.

The only aspect of the platform that was cumbersome was the Asset Library which stores images and logos every time they are used creating a lot of duplication in this section.

Elucidat is enabling us to make our current content more engaging and interactive.

Elucidat is perfect for our business use case with built in AI language translation, ease of use especically for allowing subject matter experts to create content without a background in authoring tools. Customer support is outstanding with quick respones tailored to your individual courses.
