Employee training program - we were without proper training for our staff
We contracted with eloomi for Learning Management Services. I was responsible for the project, and worked with Cliffy Gayle, manage for our project at eloomi. Mr. Gayle provided my initial training and support prior to launch. He Gayle was professional, very knowledgeable and accessible, with more than a dash of patience (that I appreciated). The eloomi system is working well for us, and I'm pleased with its LMS attributes to ease the ongoing training management workload. Bill Soller

I am part of a medium-small company that is global, and we do not have a professional dedicated to our LMS, but with Eloomi Infinite it is manageable because it's so user-friendly: the chat function for customer support is great to get help right away. It is not a perfect platform, but improvements are continuous and fast, and I feel like they take our feedback seriously. They seem very agile and dedicated to keeping loyal customers and finding flexible solutions.
Sometimes there have been some bugs but nothing major that has not been sorted very quickly. While they are always there to help, some less tech-savvy colleagues could use more in-depth step-by-step training on the platform.
We do a lot of product training for our sales & brand staff internally, and for our partners and sales agents externally. We also use it for compliance training, communication, onboarding and integration (in the case of a recent acquisition). We are planning to use it for more technical and professional training, and skill-based development in the future.
I found the staff friendly, respectful, thoughtful and responsive.
I found that there are no downsides to using eloomi.

Helping with course set up and accessing to users
Our Training and Development Team needed a platform to provide high-level training for individuals and businesses. Eloomi answered the call with a user-friendly web-based platform that houses over 60,000 titles for all levels of learners. We looked at several providers and Eloomi checked all of the boxes. Their team is VERY supportive and guided our organization to implementation and beyond.

Cliffy offered great customer support and made it easy to set up all my online trainings and get them distributed to my employees. Eloomi provides a convenient way to track that all employees are compliant. We use the reports to upload trainings into a batch to import into our payroll system to quickly pay employees for their training.
We switched to a new platform this season and it is working great. The only problem is that the report pulls the wrong timezone for start and end time of completion. We have added the extra step of reformulating the spreasheet so we get accurate times to ensure proper payment for training. On my wish list, is if there could be a way to report on all trainings completed in one report so, I don't have batch each one seaparately for payment.
As a seasonal company, we hire over 800+ employees every winter. We use Eloomi to distribute and track our compnay orientation videos and department training videos to each employee.
