Helpful, compact, easy to read, tricky to navigate

What do you like best about Ellucian Colleague Student Planning?

I like the integration feature we use with Slate, the CRM system we also use to manage student data. Colleague is accessible to teams across our campus, and allows us to work with students in real time with other departments.

What do you dislike about Ellucian Colleague Student Planning?

The biggest feature I dislike about Colleague is the inability to access records that a coworker has open. It wouldn't be so frustrating but usually this "locks" the student record and can cause a hold-up in processing. I do understand however, that this allows the records to be updated across departments which is helpful.
