Sometimes the tracking sytem may not be accurate in case there are GPS or network carrier problems however that gets updated as soon as an area with good coverage is reached.

Have been using Eliteextra for the past 10 years now and they have evolved tremendously. The best thing about them is that they listen to the feedback and try to incorporate all those changes in the updates they do on their systems. Besides offering a great dispatch solution their software also offers a great reporting system that helps with business analytics.

With any great software solution comes certain limitations. I wouldn't call it a dislike but their last-mile solution still lacks certain features like the capability for a customer to track his order online. But I am sure with the way the Elite team works, they would have this and many other features incorporated in the near future.

It have improved in turn around time for fleet and real time notifications to customer is one of the best feature which helps in customer satisafaction . It is very easy to use and userfriendly

Earlier there were issues in tracking of the fleet and it used to be very tough to know exact location . By having this software now supply chain have improved and we are getting postive customer feedback

Not having the ability to provide courier rates to customers and contractor invoice settlement.

I would recommend Elite to any company looking to improve their customer service and asset management dramatically.

Improved asset & cost management. The ability to review customer complaints quickly and provide corrective action based on factual data provide by Elite.

I like that I'm able to integrate the customer orders to the driver handheld devices.

I dislike that I'm not able to turn on and engage the application remotely.

Driver location and improve the customer service to our customers with locations and estimated time of arrivals.
