First of all, Dasha K on their customer service is a star! So helpful and nice. She really understands every problem presented and helped us procceed in a easy and fast way. Elfsight is so easy to implement, they've managed to create something beautiful. I use it for several aspects on my website. Very easy to integrate with just a simple code.

We aren't even using 10% of all the apps that Elfsight offers, but the ones we are using are bringing a great added value to our websites! I like how easy it is to create, customise and add the widgets to our websites, and the customer support team has been very helpful when we reached out. All in all a worthy investment in increasing the quality of our platforms.

Elfsight has been solid for us. From what is already built and the capabilities, to customer service and response. We reported a bug and within a few days it was completely fixed - with a follow-up to let us know.

We know there are a ton more features we haven't explored, but truly love it for the All-in-One reviews widget. We did play with other widgets and they're just as capable and easy to setup.

The pricing can be confusing. We only want to use 1 widget on multiples sites in multiple variations and there doesn't seem to be a plan that is plug and play for us exactly.

Aggregation of reviews!

For a low price of $5/month I put the widget on my home page and now all my leads can see the reviews, leave a review, and even get an AI summary. Customer support is great too.

They have so many components you can use, it's so easy to integrate into the websites I design for clients and I love it so much. The support team reached out to me within 30 minutes and fixed the website that I was having issues with. It was so simple to integrate this into our website with a simple copy-paste job. It's now becoming my daily place to check and make changes.

All the widgets are great-looking. The code is clean and fast. Support is amazing, especially Ksenia - fast replying professional.

Nothing. Everything is great, except some adblocking software can sometimes block your widget too, but tech guys will solve it soon.

So far, I have yet to find anything that was a show-stopper, but I still lack the day-to-day experience with Elfsight to have all the answers, yet.

To gain data on user feedback (questionnaires, surveys, feedback on usability, etc.), we often need to build functionality that used to take extensive custom programming, but which is now much more easily implemented by using Elfsight's widgets, that address a great number of such challenges.

The benefit to me is that I can provide my clients with solutions quickly and on budget, which leads to more return business and new word-of-mouth clients.
