The way the website designed is good but much more improvement is required.

As of now all okay. The navigation & the representation of the site needs to be improved.

Video conferencing is quite smooth and quality of sound is great

I like the ability to attach instructional documents and videos to help end-users understand objects and fields. I also really like the built-in process mapping ability, including the ability to do sub-process maps within the same app. We have also found it to be useful when determining wider reaching effects of editing or deleting fields within our instance. I can see us using Elements to clean up clutter in our instance when we have time for such a project.

I am not a fan of every click opening in a new window. It makes it unwieldy after clicking around for even a few minutes, and difficult to navigate sometimes. Now that we have the product, it's been easy to tell that we are being leveraged to try to get other companies we're working with to use Elements as well. I understand the tactic and see the value in our partners using the same product, but it has caused extra work and unnecessary meetings for us when it is not our priority at the moment in the project and we need to focus elsewhere.

We are improving the functionality and accessibility of our internal process maps - and I hope that we'll eventually open them up to more end users. It's also been extremely helpful in giving us more insight into what's in our org and improving our documentation as we add more descriptions and improved labeling.

The ability to drill down into specific processes. Also, being able to add resources and their responsibilities, as well as attachments to each process make's for a much clearer picture compared to needing multiple swim lanes and notes.

It takes a little time getting used to the UPN format after years of visio and lucidcharts, so additional training would be valuable.

We are still at the early stages of using Elements, but we see benefits in documenting our processes and being able to tie the directly to our Salesforce organization, as well as make them more easily digestible to end users.

We can collaborate as a team and make changes quickly and accurately. It helps us with the Salesforce cycle and is an excellent tool while at work. I am glad my job has it offered to us.

I have had a good experience using Elements Cloud so far. Maybe the price is a little bit of an issue, but I believe it is worth the cost to help streamline my job and help with Salesforce.

Elements Cloud helps us solve Salesforce efficacy and become more accurate and streamlined. I like it and enjoy using it with the program's ease, especially along with Salesforce.

While Elements users are able to add [by .csv ] metadata from other systems, those data points are static and require an outside integration - almost manual - to gather the information.

Register and dive in (although, that is counterintuitive regarding our purpose). Nonetheless, don't let the perfect be the enemy of the useful.

The ability at a moments notice to understand what is happening in my org

Mapping internal business processes accross all departments, easy to use, easy to share maps and drill down through maps is really powerful.

Nothing for now but the costing might be the issue.

Nothing as such. Costing might be issue for some people but it worth.

Changes after new release are hard to sync. But now elements help us to figure out what happened

This tool since the beginning i found it very helpful in lot of aspects, out of all aspects i found it most important aspect as an analyst it help clean up in our organisation.

So far i have used this product a lot, and till date I found everything very appropriate and the way it was designed covered all the aspects which would be typically required by the end user.
