Elastic path is too much helpful for commerce as it has so smooth and reliable API. For my business, it's important to have the implementation of projects, web tools that I can easily get from elastic path and can use so easily that makes me attracted always. To my business, I employ it as I need to give my users or customers a better experience and make them satisfied. So I tried my best with Elastic path and make a better way to have all kind of service for my e-commerce business.
The elastic path is not so user-friendly that experiences a little bit of lack about using it for the business platform and not beneficiary much for business purpose. Some features need to improve and fix bugs on the web using.
If anyone wants to have better service, go and get the elastic path as your perfect solution. As you know for a business brand value depends on user experience, so why you're waiting for it?
Business leaders should use it to manage their business with a bunch of privacy settings and user-friendly environments for business information set up. Commerce owners must use it for a better experience and development. Your business solution is there as I used it before so I know how much it works. So, go and get it.
I am using it for my online business platform. As it's an e-commerce software to use in different areas like CMS, Web tools, and different API for my e-commerce platform to improve my business. To have a more smooth user experience, customer feedback I use it. And properly I am getting results. I resolved my business faults by using it and got the too much better impression from my consumers and the important thing is I got them as my customer again.
Elastic Path is a forum for first-time business API. The REST-Level 3 API is very flexible and can be accessed from the platforms CMS, Web, IoT, Speech. Projects implementing the Elastic Path framework can incorporate the experience of checkout on multiple devices providing seamless user experience.
The kit of CloudOps is not quite complete and needs some fumbling through the manual to grasp all the bits and pieces, but once you're going through it, the implementation is extremely simple, creating a single-button style environment.
Knowing that a marketing name should only be used once is important, and that performing all the effort is a nuisance because there is already an current name in the scheme.
As regards efficiency, we now have the potential to do 10x of what our old systems used to be able to do from a very wide Elastic Path competitor. And with the Commerce UI, our business executives will change the catalog and deals directly, instead of trying to open a ticket with the technical staff.
They were so responsive to my questions. I had a unique business case, and they took the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. They have a solid product, and I'm looking forward to a great relationship with them in the future!
There's nothing that I dislike so far, overall very happy
Reach out to their support if you have any specific questions about your use case, I found them to be very helpful
They offer a different SAAS than their competitors. Great for developers like myself who are looking to add e-ccommerce to their custom website
The support from the guys at Moltin is incredible. Also, the ease of use and flexibility is something else compared to other solutions like Magento.
Not much for now. Maybe more features in the backend to get near the functionalities that are usually in other platforms.
Development costs and server costs are slashed big time compared to Magento for example.
They've really taken away the complexity with a great data model and by partnering with Gatsby to make great starter projects. It means that I can focus on my business and not solving solved problems :)
Nothing - they're just great and always super helpful when you reach out to them
Use starter projects like the GatsbyJS e-commerce site
I'm building a timber flooring ecommerce website and Moltin have allowed me to focus on just that and not solving solved tech problems.
The staff is so helpful. They provide a really good solutions to what we need. They are the best in the field
Only the login page. It sometimes doesn't redirect you to the dashboard
We needed users to add products to anonymous carts and we get what we need. We will integrate Moltin to our projects even more
When we built a new digital commerce solution, we needed one that was extensible and flexible enough to meet the needs of the business. We also wanted a solution that was API first, rather than the traditional big iron monolithic solutions. Elastic Path gave us all this in spades, and continues to meet the performance and business needs. The core platform is solid, and the ease of adding modules that extend the core functionality were also big points that validates our decision to go with Elastic Path.
Upgrading the software needs to be planned well if you make a lot of customization. It's not daunting, but should be managed well.
Our speed to react to changing business needs has improved quite a bit. What used to be a several months or even year+ project now typically gets done in a fraction of the time. In terms of performance, we now have the capability of handling 10x of what our old systems from a very large Elastic Path competitor used to be able to do. And with the Commerce UI, our business teams can make changes directly to the catalog and promotions rather than having to open a ticket with the technical teams.
Having been through the process of evaluating and kicking the tires on the CloudOps infrastructure Elastic Path provides, I can confidently say it surpasses what any other platform I've worked with provides, and I've used a lot of leading packages.
The CloudOps package still isn't perfect, and requires some fumbling through the documentation to understand all of the bits and pieces, but once you work through it, the deployment is incredibly straight forward, single button type environment builds.
Modern cloud infrastructure deployment, and fast time to market are two of the main benefits of the Elastic Path stack. Integrating with a best of breed CMS to deliver great experience, and then to be able to use hte cloud products to quickly make changes and test those changes, is wonderful
Elastic Path is a great commerce solution for those promoting digital codes and services. I love EP's Coretex API technology. It allows you to deliver consistent, real-time transactional data to everyone of your customer channels beyond desktop/mobile from the largest digital billboards and kiosks to the tiniest wearables including Google Glass. EP seamlessly integrates into CMS / marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and OpenText CEM. I also enjoy the advanced bundling, live authoring personalized mechandising, and product information management features that come ready to use out of the box. EP's subscription billing option is second to none.
EP is a great solution, although it's price point is not targeted toward SMB. There no SMB options.
When selecting Elastic Path, I would consider:
- Do you sell digital goods or services?
- Are you looking for an Omni-Channel Solution that has the ability to connect above and beyond into digital magazines, mobile and web applications, advertisements, kiosks, wearable technology and more
- Do you have a need to service commerce customers with a recurring billing solution>
- Do you require personalization, advanced bundling?
- Do you require advanced product information management?
Elastic Path's API Coretex solution allowed for the platform to embed commerce in spaces that a traditional "built-in" CMS would not allow for -- meaning access to newer and digital channels that have never been accessible. Definitely a future proofed model. EP's subscription engine has made reoccurring billing a breeze.
