Kudos to Elastic Email Finance team!

We have been using Elastic Email since 2021. They have been constantly improving their platform user-friendliness and performance.

But what triggered me to want to write this review is my recent excellent experience from Elastic Email support, specifically from their finance department.

We decided to switch all our 10 Marketing Email accounts to Email API accounts. We are a marketing agency supporting multiple brands with multiple regions.

Hence the amount of work to keep track, price plans update, and making sure previous API integration does not get affected from the switch.

Natalie has been very patient and providing many help to smoothen the process. The whole supporting period took about 3 weeks, with constant to and fro communication via Elastic Email live chat and emails.
