.Ekos is convenient and easy to use! In just a few seconds, I can get reports on a variety of areas that are essential to my job performance!

While there are some aspects of the current software that I feel could use a bit of tweeking, Ekos is great about receiving feedback and making changes and updates based on customer needs!

Ekos is essential in helping us more accurately manage our product inventory, invoicing, sales trends and so much more!

Ekos has an 'Order Hub' allowing customer to place orders in an Amazon-type environment.

Ekos requires you to click save instead of having an autosave feature

Ekos provides my team and I everything that we need to manage our production from inputs to output, the fully cycle of inventory management from ingredeitns to final product.

Sometimes it can be clunky, and slow. The mobile app is improving, but not as polished as it could be yet. Sometimes there are non-intuitive ways to get things done. The level of self-customizaiton is a bit lacking.

Being able to manage our entire ened to end workflow of prodcution to sales and all invnetory management surrounding that. Ekos helps with all of this, and more.

Customer support is great! They always answer the phone and take the time to help you with any issues.

Wish we could use it for distilling like we use it for brewing.

After reviewing many wine software options, we chose to work with Ekos because their production software and multiple business-focused software are all one package. They tie in all aspects of cost analysis with production to calculate our actual cost per bottle. Other wine industry alternatives only focus on one part of the business and often do not integrate.

Currently Ekos does not handle vineyard specific data management, however, we are in current discussions about performing this in the future.

I would certainly recommend setting up a demo with the Ekos team.

The main improvement with Ekos is the removal of spreadsheets to account for many tasks.

I like having everything we need to track in a single app. The reporting is great as well.

I wish it had integration with Beersmith for importing recipies.

Its worth it

Inventory management is helpful. Also, the data generated by reports helps us make decisions.

The software interface is extremely user-friendly and onboarding was quick and painless.

Would like to see more graphing features from data that already exists in Ekos

Our costing accuracy has improved with Ekos and our data entry time has gone down, resulting in higher productivity.

As a New Brewery we needed a Partner to help us get a handle on our Business related to Supply Chain and TTB Filing because all of the unknowns we would encountering and Ekos so far has helped bridge all those gaps.

We have no complaints at this point and I am sure we will have this same opinion as we continue with the process!
