I like how using video or voice calls makes it easy for us to start meeting in person again, as opposed to the past two years when it was more difficult to do so.

I can't find anything negative about Eko at this time. We've been able to integrate other tools onto the platform, and we hope that this trend continues and that the platform remains awesome.

Your system is well developed, we have no problems with the application.

Its application is very good in communication, its chat functions have different functions to manage jobs.

The mobile application is the best and well explained about everything, Be it housekeeping needs, moving or anything. It is highly informative and has every detail the customer would look for.When we asked for a demo for healthcare needs they were really quick at it and were also a bit persistent though but it was for good, so I would rate it as a positve

We would be happier if there are more video conferencing features in the application. I have no more requirements to be fulfilled if they upgrade this feature.

The management of communities and users in the admin panel and blocking tools and filtering could be more straightforward. Role and permission assignments seem a bit confusing.

React tools allow us to react to user-generated content. This way we can monitor what works and what doesn't. In particular, the poll feature allows users to interact by creating polls and voting.
