It has made the referral process smooth and seamless for candidates and employees. The information is directly parsed from the resume, so we don't have to fill manually in the data, making it much quicker and more efficient. The UI is smooth and user-friendly.
Some improvements can be reducing the time to parse information from resumes for referral and stages of the referral process, but overall it's a great tool to use.
The overall time to give referrals and not manually fill in the data makes the referral process efficient and productive. This way, we can search the relevant jobs quicker and complete the referral process smoothly.
I enjoy the ability to collaborate with my recruiters. As a Talent Sourcer I seek out Talent on LinkedIn. I love the extension that easily allows me to switch back and forth to and from LinkedIn to Eightfold. Once I have a solid candidate that I'd like to share with my recruiter, it's easy for me to upload their profile from LinkedIn, add their resume, check for accuracy, then "Share" the profile with my recruiter. It's easy for them to write feedback and give me guidance if the particular candidate is not a right fit.
This may be minor, but when I'm using LinkedIn Recruiter, and I find a candidate I like, I attempt to use the Eightfold extension to add them to Eightfold. Unfortunately, the extension does not work through LinkedIn Recruiter. I have to open my candidates profile through LinkedIn (not LI - Recruiter) for Eightfold to work. I believe eightfold helps make your work day more efficient, allowing you to get more done and eliminate redundancy. I also like how it can identify Diversity candidates and assist with acheiving Diversity metrics and KPIs.
It is the best tool to track the activities/interview requests to be actioned upon as the RFIs collate in the Dashboard.
Though the tool is automated, it still lacks an automated report option which could help us with the collated report of the interviews we have scheduled. It'll also help us calculate the average time to close an interview cycle.
Since we have multiple participants to loop in for the interviews, Eightfold has the option to add all the recipients in a single RFI, saving us a lot of time .
It's a amazing tool, helps to keep track of every data from the scratch, it has definitely bought a big difference with user friendly experience.
The only disadvantage here is, there is no option to get a compiled report.
The very first advantage is, the invites are being sent in one shot for all the participants marked in it. This helps to speed up the process of scheduling.
My favorite part of Eightfold is how we can edit requirements and preferred skillsets in searches.

Not getting the feedback notification properly.
The recruiter should also get the feedback submission notification.
We don't need to send separate invites to the candidate and panel as we were doing previously.
So it is saving us time.

Everything just makes sense. The layout facilitates no-nonsense work while giving the option for niche customization. I can't think of what else I would want in a platform like this.
I have worked with over 8 recruiters over the course of 9 months to fill 1 req; spending significant time filling in, coordinating with, and waiting on my recruiting partners. Eightfold is a very customer-centric company. They have been responsive to our requests, and we have been co-creating the Career Hub together. The team have shown a lot of energy and passion throughout the project.
There have been a lot of new people joining the project part way through, so it's hard to know who the whole team is that we are working with. It's been hard to share files, and not all of the team has been able to join the Teams channel for collaboration. It would be helpful if Eightfold could improve its collaboration tools to be able to work more closely with customers.

The best thing about Eightfold is the way of scheduling. Even the managers can view the feedbacks. The invite goes together to the candidate and the panel.
I dont like about is that we dont get consolidated report. And when we edit the invite goes again to the panel and the candidates.
its not consuming much time in scheduling the interviews. Hence we get enough time for other work. It sends the invites together to those who are marked. Its user friendly.
