PROS: The first thing that got us hooked to Office Ally is the very affordable price point. What kept us subscribed to it til now is the significant benefits we have been realizing from using it. The ease of using it is also among the biggest strengths as it can be operated by even the non-techie clients and employees.
CONS: The IT personnel seem inexperienced with handling customer issues. The prescription is often incomprehensible and customizing contents of prescription, among other aspects of the software, is quite restrictive.
PROS: This is a great software, very user-friendly and perfect for small-sized businesses who may not have the financial resources for an integration software but would like to improve internal work flows.
CONS: Nothing to worry about really. Business has never been this smooth running.
PROS: Office Ally is extremely user-friendly so it did not require so much time for everyone to learn its ins and outs.
CONS: We continue to experience problems with merging our health database and billing records. The integration process is also quite tedious as compared to its other competitors.
PROS: With Offie Ally, our documentation and planning work transformed with better organization. It is easy to use as the dashboards are well in order. Installation is easy breezy as no hardware is required.
