PROS: Office Ally has eveything I need when it comes to integration. Moreover, the platform is extremely easy to use as the interface is very simple and clean.

CONS: My issue is on their quality of customer support. They need to respond more promptly next time.

Perfect for every health facility

PROS: Office allows us to simultaneously accommodate a large nuber of patients. It also enables us to reach our patients the easiest and fastest way possible. Communication between doctors and nurses has also been streamlined.

CONS: Customer support is not on a par with the quality delivered by the software. The team has to shape up.

Made simple for ease

PROS: The first thing that got us hooked to Office Ally is the very affordable price point. What kept us subscribed to it til now is the significant benefits we have been realizing from using it. The ease of using it is also among the biggest strengths as it can be operated by even the non-techie clients and employees.

CONS: The IT personnel seem inexperienced with handling customer issues. The prescription is often incomprehensible and customizing contents of prescription, among other aspects of the software, is quite restrictive.

Impressive for something free

PROS: This is a great software, very user-friendly and perfect for small-sized businesses who may not have the financial resources for an integration software but would like to improve internal work flows.

CONS: Nothing to worry about really. Business has never been this smooth running.

Our Office Ally experience

PROS: Office Ally is extremely user-friendly so it did not require so much time for everyone to learn its ins and outs.

CONS: We continue to experience problems with merging our health database and billing records. The integration process is also quite tedious as compared to its other competitors.

PROS: With Offie Ally, our documentation and planning work transformed with better organization. It is easy to use as the dashboards are well in order. Installation is easy breezy as no hardware is required.

CONS: It still takes a while for newbies to learn the platform.
