Egress Intelligent Email Security is so easy to use. I rolled this out to our users and I have had no questions on how it works. It's just so easy.

Egress Intelligent Email Security has provided exacly what wanted. No complaints from us.

Egress Intelligent Email Security has provided us with an integrated way to send encrypted emails and also, the ability to send large files quickly and easily.

Egress makes our employees more aware of threats. The alerts takes the guess work out for them at every level.

Egress products are easy to implement and are very user friendly. The Defend AI engine has proved to be very effective in preventing phishing attacks and giving us a quick means to remediate malicious e-mails across the enterprise. The Prevent product has proven very effective in preventing accidental data loss events by alerting users to anamolous recipients and uncharacteristic e-mail behaviors. The level of customization is excellent. Service and support have been excellent during implementation and after the sale.

Egress does not provide a means to block known malicious e-mail addresses/domains. It only provides the ability to 'red flag those in the "DenyList". The Defend product does not examine and alert on plain text messages.

Egress has become a very important tool in our fight against phishing. Users readily adopted the system and are utilizing the alerts they see on suspicious messages. It has actually driven greater security awareness among our e-mail system users. The Prevent product has demonstrated its value in preventing data loss events through misspelled or unintentional recipients being added to outgoing messages.

It does what it says on the tin, and the local authorty I work with also use Egress so eans there are no issues sharing important information. it has never let me down

I feel the downside is I struggle to carry on an email trail. Sometimes this is needed to remind me of what has been said in the past. Also, not having a person's email address makes it hard to find a contact

By sending items securely, I am not preaching GDPR, and I know that only the people I want to see the information can see the information. I know the local authority are happy that we use Egress

Egress makes it super simple to send encrypted emails. The outlook plugin means it is as easy as one click

The lack of plugin for Mac does mean having to use the web interface or a windows device

Egress allows sharing of confidential information securely and provides a full audit trail of when the content has been opened

The fact that it merges with Outlook means that you can do everything from your desktop without needing to log into web-based platforms.

Working from computers that do not have it set up as part of Outlook is an issue, but that's mostly down to my own company's IT issues. From my office computer and my laptop, it is seamless.

Fulfills GDPR requirements and allows me to communicate confidential and sensitive information in a way that is safe and secure. It also allows for the safe trasnfer of larger attachments.

We have been using Egress since the introduction of the GDPR in the United Kingdom. We needed a secure email service as we are a medical clinic and have to email a lot of confidential information, which is what we like best about Egress.

I can't say there is anything, in particular, we dislike about Egress. As we use Egress on the web version, it would be great to have a stored email address book.

The main problem Egress Intelligent Email Security is solving for us is that we are now able to email all relevant information securely. It benefits us hugely in this way.

The Outlook integration - a simple click can encrypt an email. It also decrypts emails within Outlook, avoiding the need to move to another program. The ability to attach large files using Egress (independent of encryption) is also very helpful as, again, it keeps everything within one application.

On occasion, the integration with Outlook can fail, and it takes a bit of poking around to get it working again. Usually, a restart of the PC, then Outlook, and an update of Egress solves this.

We deal with sensitive information on a daily basis, and Egress makes it simple to send files within our organisation. However, a more effective benefit is that we can send encrypted files to users who are not familiar with Egress, but it's intuitive UI helps them to access the emails and files we have sent.

I love how conveniently Egress provides human layer security for organizations to share confidential and sensitive data. It ensures that all of our data is protected from any risk of them getting breached on any digital level. Control of security is something that gives organizations quite a relief to keep functioning productively.

The process of learning how to use the platform to its fullest is kind of a little bit time taking. Sometimes my questions are left a little complicated and we end up delayed with productivity a bit, however, once you learn the use of it, the problem seems to diminish itself.
