The best thing about eFront is that it has everything you need, it's customizable and very easy to use. On top of that, the support is great!
Some aspects of the interface is quite dated the course builder, for instance.
We can automize almost everything and provide great education, without any problems.
The ability of the eFront professional services team to quickly add and maintain functionality unique to our eLearning implementation.
Dislike is too harsh a word, but I would like the reporting feature to be a little more robust.
We are providing Test Prep and Supplemental Algebra to high school and college students.

I didn't face any problem with Efront, nor with the team behind it. Our business model required different representation of eFront and the latter, through it's Customization facility, facilitated realizing it
Ease of use, multiple options, high flexibility in creating modules. Best of all it's super well priced which makes it even better to use and scale. Set up required very less time. Zero issues till date.

Efront met our needs and the organizations we were supporting. It is a flexible system. Most importantly was the technical assistance received; the knowledge-based documentation and the timely responses to questions. They are extremely helpful and engage at various levels in problem-solving and solutions.

The platform meets my needs from a technical and educational point of view. I derive satisfaction from it personally, for my team and for my learners.
We moved from another LMS in JAN 2018 to eFront as it had a much better enterprise solution and richer features. The nesting of branches, using jobs to allocate courses, dedicated support and ability to create individual portals for each client network has been the most beneficial. Also, there is a lot of scope to extend with curricula and skills which we haven't even had a chance to implement. We're confident that eFront will be able to scale up as we grow our client and learner base.
The only downside was a bit of trouble we had when migrating data from another LMS to eFront, but that was expected.
I only have a general recommendation that applies to any LMS and that is to make sure it caters for your future growth. We had to move from another LMS to eFront and it would have saved us a lot of work if we'd signed up with eFront from day 1.
We have a particularly complicated client base with several nationwide networks that need to be separate from each other in terms of branding and access to courses. Within those networks we have different levels of branches that require individual and group reporting and eFront provides that functionality. This allows us to solve the problem of managing different branded courses, allocated to different networks and branches and accessed through a branded portal as well as allocating course sets to learners based on multiple jobs.
