We needed a quick start to our performance review process, and with Effy and the help of existing templates, we just had to create our set of specific questions before we started. Intuitive, self-explanatory
We conduct performance reviews 4 times a year. Each review run took tens or even hundreds of hours. Employee engagement was low. When we implemented Effy, it took minutes to start collecting feedback. Due to the fact that effi has a cool integration with Slack, collecting feedback has become very user-friendly and we were able to increase engagement

As I said, we conduct reviews 4 times a year for each employee. As part of this review, we evaluate soft skills and hard skills, after we have collected feedback from colleagues, we develop a PDP with this lead and present it to an employee. As part of the presentation, we discuss the tasks and steps that an employee needs to take to improve productivity. We fix all this in Effy, and then for 3 months the team leader controls the implementation of the development plan

There is a little lack of built-in analytics in the system, but we solve this issue with the help of our BI system to which we transfer data from Effy and build analytics with graphs and tables
It takes a lot of communication to grow great teams. Previously, we held one-one-one meetings not systematically. We were looking for a tool for team leads to help them plan meetings, prepare an agenda, and record results and agreements.
Nice interface. A lot of different valuable functions: personal employee's card, on/off-boarding processes, leave management, surveys, performance review. Everything that HR manager needs for quality work. All of this you can customize as needed, which is a huge plus.
I can't say I didn't like something, because support works quickly, all bugs or your requests fixes in one moment.
Effy is a great way to see HR-related data in one central place. The system covers a lot of HR needs (on/off-boarding, leave management, surveys, etc.), and saves a lot of time covering all routine work.
The most helpful part is around managing 1:1 s part for the team and performance evaluation, like analyzing the skills of your team and conducting reviews. Managing a Personal development plan is so easy now!
Well in general I have nothing critical here. One thing that I would like to be added is the Google calendar integration, but the developers team told me that it will be available really soon.
It brought regularity to our team communication and feedback collection. As a lot of details were missing before and weren't saved in 1 place.
It required a lot of manual resources and time before, managing everything in separate google sheets-kind of a nightmare in the modern world.
The thing that most impresses me is how responsive the team is. The team is not only open to feedback, you do something with it. It's so inspiring to see a company that actually acts on client feedback quickly. I know so many of the improvements are connected to your responsiveness to your clients. So thanks for a great product! We love it!
