What do you like best about EduBrite Systems Software?

The only thing I liked about using EduBrite was that when authoring a course, no additional software was needed to create quizzes.

What do you dislike about EduBrite Systems Software?

- The interface is extremely clunky and limited

- It appears as though it was written in the late 90s.

- The interface is not at all intuitive

What problems is EduBrite Systems Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used EduBrite to create product and software training for support agents and quiz them on it.

What do you like best about EduBrite Systems Software?

I find that the notifications work as intended, unlike a previous LMS we used.

What do you dislike about EduBrite Systems Software?

Navigation is incredibly poor. I cannot locate anything for the life of me, and I end up having to click around until I accidentally stumble upon it. We have to navigate through many different pages to set up a single course. Cannot preview anything such as batch schedules or even email templates. You have to enroll/unenroll to test out/preview emails. It is very time-consuming.

It is not intuitive and it is clear that there is no single thought of proper UX for their product.

What problems is EduBrite Systems Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting is a lot better than the LMS we were using before.
