The Eddy HR system is so easy to use. I honestly love all the features, from hiring, to employee reviews, trainings, payroll, it does it all.

Everything has been great. No complaints

It can be somewhat costly to run many ads to hire new employees.

They are helping my organization advertise and reach many candidates across many different platforms and allows us to track and hire all in one place.

The onboarding packets and its easy customization is a true life saver for onboarding new hires. I appreciate being able to customize any document into a fillable text and/or signable document. The appearance of the finished product is neater looking than using other document signing software. It's nice for each employee to have their own profile that they can update or make changes to.

One downside is overall the monthly cost. With other software you pay a price to send the documents and there's no continuing cost. We have discussed cutting Eddy out as we have to decide is it a necessity - or a nicety?

I would like to see a way to download all of an employee's documents in one chunk rather than individual downloads.

They have an easy system to work with for recruiting and onboarding. I only used the recruiting aspect of there services. Customer service is very prompt and helpful. Very nice as well

I could not find anything to complain about with Eddy.

They made the recruiting process easier but blasting out our post of open job openings

Working with Eddy is like walking into your favorite restaurant where everyone knows your name. Lauren, my CSR is always quick to answer any concerns I may have!

I wished they would intergrate with Aloha.

We went with Eddy after our previous system did not pay our taxes on time. Eddy heard our concerns and assured us that would not happen with them. Two year later we have had NO issues.
