Ecotrak is a user-friendly platform that harbors a wealth of information about each site and its assets.
It would be helpful if we could upload multiple photos or videos.
Our company is able to review the history of assets and the location to obtain the best resolution for the client. We can easily communicate with all levels of the client corporation in the event upper management input is required. Ecotrak is by far the best out of several platforms we use and it's FREE for vendors!
I absolutley love the ease of use. Designed to take so much off my hands went from manual logging to Ecotrak. Easily able to generate reports, track vendors...definitely simplified my work load.
Based on my usage time there is nothing i dislike
helping me to create our troubleshooting which will create an easier flow of our WO.
Our operations team finds this system very easy to use for work orders and invoicing. I find the analytics very helpful in digging into issues and idetifying cost opportunities. We converted from another system a year ago and no regrets!
No downsides. Ecotrak is constantly making improvements with customer feedback. Improved analytics are awesome!
Ecotrak allows us to see where we are spending our money and what is problematic in allowing for course corrections. It gives great info that I use to give updates to senior leadership.

Not much on the downside, but to have it work well for you, you need to put the time in to get everything set up correctly.

Ecotrak makes our team's life easier. We are running our entire facilities program through the software, which is saving us a ton of time and headaches. Ecotrak makes it extremely easy to schedule repairs and automate preventative maintenance for all my locations. Plus, its adoption amongst our restaurant managers (operators) is high as it is REALLY to use.
We have not run into any issues that the Ecotrak team has not been able to address over our 4+ years of using the product. All around, Ecotrak is a great platform.
Ecotrak solves the problem of visibility into facilities. Anyone in our organization is able to see the status of projects in real-time- leadership team, ops, accounting, finance and facilities. Ecotrak helps us manage all of our work orders, equipment, vendors partners and spend in one up-to-date place.
Furthermore, the data that Ecotrak is able to provide is making us smarter about how we run our business- warranty tracking, pricing issues, frequency of spend issues, etc.

Overall knowledge of the Ecotrak team. They are willing to help in solving and creating solutions that specifically work for your brand. Whether it's vendor onboarding, integration with software or your account manager helping to review and provide feedback so you get the most use out of the program. It gives you real-time data to bring to the C-Suite, driving discussions on the assets and viability of your vendor partners.
There is not much I dislike about the program
It's helping to directly connect my locations with vendors, using the system as a communication tool to ensure they are getting the service they need. While the communication is a great benefit it also allows us visibility into those contractors and how they are performing for us. We can run reports to see how their response times are and their success rate for first-time fixes.
Next, it's different than other software because it tracks at an asset level, allowing us to capture warranties from multiple levels to ensure we are not overcharged. Tracking the manufacture, component and vendor level warranties.
Lastly, it helps from the store level to the C-suite track budgetary spending. We can easily figure out which assets are helping the overall effort and which ones are a burden on the portfolio. By tracking individual components we develop an understanding of part failures we can then take back to the manufacturer for solving larger issues and getting warranty support. It also tracks spending on the asset and provides feedback on useful life and when to replace vs. repair.
All in all, Ecotrak brings visibility, warranty capture and cost savings across the facilities and physical assets.
Ecotrak is extremely user friendly. They are very willing to take time to meet with our team and review how we are using the system and how we can utilize it even better!
If you are using service providers that are not already on Ecotrak , or who have few other clients that are using it, it is difficult to get them to use the system the way it is designed for them to use.
Ecotrak is infinitely more supportive than our previous fm software provider. They are responsive to our requests and willing to configure the system to meet our needs.
