Live support - very knowledgeable and take the time to help
Reports must be downloaded - I would prefer to view online and download if needed
Use the trial, and talk with them during it. It has a lot of great features, but doing it alone will just waste your time.
Multi Channel Fulfillment - Amazon, ETSY, EBay, Shopify, Wayfair, and Overstock. Multi Warehouse including 3PL inventory tracking.
Ease of use, decent layout ability to bulk edit many things, it just works and works pretty intuitively. Can't beat the price either. Customer service responds fast and logically.
Website is a bit slow at times, some tweaks need to be done to make things a bit more efficient workflow wise.
Syncing Inventory across marketplaces and listings new items on some. Also managing orders
The best thing I love about ecomdash is that they handle the automation of all the tracking numbers for all my customers eBay and Amazon orders being uploaded on a daily basis.
I wish their pricing was lower. I currently pay $90 per month on average to handle all my eBay and Amazon orders. I would prefer for the pricing to be lower.
Ecomdash has made the process of handling and automating all my customer's orders extremely simple. It is absolutely worth investing and using ecomdash!
It would be a huge inconvenience to have to upload each order's tracking number individually on a daily basis. Ecomdash handles all the tracking numbers being uploaded daily.
The software is logically designed which makes it easy to use with the provided getting started guide. I can schedule 15 minute support time slots and a support rep calls me and helps me on whatever I am working on. The knowledge base is extensive and instructions are well written and easy to follow. I can tell the support rep what I would like added and they thank me for the feedback and make note of it for future software development.
I wish that I could create listing templates that have a specific warehouse location city, state, zip code instead of having a global zip code assigned or a blank zip code that needs to be populated manually in the product listing. I may be able to work around that with an import but for manually created product listings, the user has to put in the product location zip code because eBay wants that to be accurate. The only other thing I can think of is cosmetic. In the suppliers section, each supplier has their own record accessible by a box with the same graphic in it. I would like to be able to upload a jpg logo of the supplier so at a glance it is visually more appealing.
I am able to manage numerous suppliers, product inventory and pricing all with ease and I can make changes on the fly as needed. The system is intuitive so when someone puts bad data in an external system like eBay, I can pull the data in and make corrections and pass them right back into eBay correctly - easily. Looking forward into the near future, I will be able to link to multiple channels with minimal intervention. The data will already be there, I will just need to select the channels I want to utilize. Lots that are compatible!
EComdash is super easy to work with and it helps us-- a small e-commerce company with several channels and platform and vendors to manage our inventory with ease!
Some functions of eComdash is pretty robust and sometimes it gets me super confused. Like for reporting function it shows several that all sounded the same but I don't really know if the things I need will be inside of until after I run it and wait for 5 minutes until the report is ready to see if I actually ran the right report. So maybe, a preview of reports would be helpful.
If you are placing product across platforms, or if you have multi sites selling products, you definitely should use Ecomdash. It's extremely helpful and saved us tons of time on doing things manually. It also made it way easier for us to work with drop ship vendors as everything is automated within the ecomdash dashboard.
We are a small e-commerce store with a small amount of team member, and inventory takes up a large part of our time, especially when we run our store on several channels, like Wordpress WooCommerce, Amazon Stores, drop ship vendors. Once we learnt about eComdash, it solved all of our problems. All the inventory reduction or counts are automated, it also syncs all the data across from our websites, which is wonderful. Saved us tons of time and labor cost.
This is a review of my personnal experience.
Ecomdash offers an impressive range of capabilities for managing multiple aspects of e-commerce. This software efficiently handles operations across 14 sales channels simultaneously. It expertly manages purchase orders, inventory, production processes, and the assembly of products and kits. One of its notable features includes the ability to export complex or simple Excel sheets, complete with custom formulas for pricing adjustments. Additionally, Ecomdash allows for the customization of product attributes.
A key strength lies in its SKU management, ensuring seamless integration and differentiation across products, sales channels, and warehouses. Its real-time inventory synchronization across all sales channels enhances operational efficiency. Moreover, Ecomdash excels in pushing listings - including descriptions, images, and pricing - to various platforms. It supports a wide range of marketplaces from Amazon (across regions from the USA to Japan and Europe) to eBay and Etsy, among others.
While the extensive feature list is too lengthy to detail in this review, it's worth noting that mastering Ecomdash can be a considerable investment in time, as it took me two years to fully utilize its capabilities.
Ecomdash presents a few challenges alongside its capabilities. One notable issue is the slow server response during product administration tasks. This can affect the efficiency of managing large inventories or complex operations.
Another limitation is the restriction to only 12 images per product, which unfortunately does not accommodate spin images, potentially limiting the presentation of products from multiple angles or in 360-degree views.
Additionally, Ecomdash alters image filenames into a random alphanumeric format. This practice is not conducive to SEO optimization, as original, descriptive filenames can be more beneficial for search engine visibility.
Prospective users should be aware of the steep learning curve associated with Ecomdash. For those without prior experience in using similar SaaS platforms, getting acquainted with its extensive functionalities may be challenging and time-consuming.
It sync all inventory accross all sales channels so no oversales.
It guide me on mu PO with multiple Statistical Report and suggestion

The syncing of my online businesses and inventory seems great. The software is a good match for our needs, but still has some holes.
I love that we can easily track our inventory across all platforms. Ecomdash makes it easy to monitor inventory as well as build up kitted products and such.
