Userfriendly, Easy access for all the information we can have at one place. It is easy for implementing into new practices and also easy to teach to the new people joining, Customer support is really enthusiastic and reachable always, I use this software daily because out practice uses software only for everything. There more than 10 features I like about.

There is nothing to be disliked about eCW

It relved many problems for our practice, Working on appointment scheduling, sending messages to patients, sending patient statments, working on acounts receivable and claims follow up, updating and maintaining patients account, keeping patient medical records, sending tasks to team members, pulling month end reports etc and meny more.

the ease of use. all the intigrations it has. everything all in one package that you would need to run a medical practice. i have used ecw since 2008, and i would recommend to anyone. implementation was streamlined. the customer support is always helpful. our office uses it for scheduling and billing and all aspects that you need in a practice.

trying to move from the exe version to the web version, but that is just my issue, i have used the exe version for so long.

helps when training new employees, very easy to learn. All the reporting options is a big help

eclinicalworks is a very efficient tool since it has multiple functions that help with customer database

at the moment there is no function on the software that I cannot dislike honestly

it helps with the information of each patient, from personal information to insurance information all in the same software. no need to go back and forth with another program.

Eclinicalworks is cloud based EMR model which provides End End solution right from registering patient appointment , progress notes to ordering medicine and at last submiting claims

Its UI is not user friendly sometimes Exe gets stuck

Patient appointment , Check-in Chrck out , ordering medicine from the pharmacy , its a cloud based approach which solves many problem. It is also available on Web , IOS and mobile app

eCW is super intuitive and I love the customizations and how you can access from a protected browser. For a hybrid work schedule, this has been immensely useful.

I dislike that some of the customizations I would like are not available. Additionally the button icons are not always intuitive until after you are oriented to the interface.

It helps immensely for interdisciplinary patient care and to be able to quickly and efficiently document health records and interactions. For at home work, this was also very important after telehealth appointments.

This EHR is very easy to use. Searfor records n saving them is easy.

Having to disconnect from VPN services to connect to the Ehr

Benefits are being able to connect t remotely to a clinics EHR.

Data mining for audits for our company helps solve the issue of asking for paper charts.

Being able to real-time follow the schedule and learn about patients

The Windows app takes time to load and freezes when trying to access multiple patient info.

Take time to use the help available to learn about all of the features!

Helps entire team access and edit schedules and revenue.

The interface was extremely easy to work with and it made medical billing and easy process

The reports feature needs to be updated to be more user friendly

Always make sure to follow up with tech support as they are based out of country and have many language difficulties

The reports feature is one issue that we are working with and we have seen financial benefits as well as benefit to patient satisfaction

After using other electronic health record programs I find EClinical a dream. The ease of documenting different information is amazing. From being able to document medical information to even just general visitation notes. It's easy to navigate and super easy to learn.

Really the only thing I dislike is how fast it does auto log out and also the having to change the password so freaquently.

Although I really haven't had any problems I would say that the benefits of the program are the ease of having all information in one place.

I like that you can easily schedule patients and see their labs with ease. You can see there last encounters and update their insurance information without any complications. The fact that you can communicate with the doctor and coworkers about certain patients is one of the best things and everything is right there in the system.

The only thing I would say is I would prefer if there was an easier way of looking for past telephone or patient encounters in the system. Because once they’re reviewed they do disappear and I just like keeping up to date with them and going over them.

It has made being a medical assistant so much easier. So much less paperwork and hassles. Communicating with the doctor is not a problem we can see the patients full chart and there is nothing left unturned.
