I and my team love this program!

PROS: What I find impressive about Ecalypse are its simplicity and straightforwardness. It did not take us long to learn and use this program. The moment we uploaded this software into our system, we instantaneously knew just how to navigate it. The whole format was familiar--looks like the developers took the time to study what layout makes sense to users. All tools were just within reach--we didn’t have to dig through pages and pages just to locate them. My workmates and I agree that introducing Ecalypse into our system had been a good judgment call. We can’t wait to see what else this can assist us with.

CONS: I’m wholly convinced that this program is a great fit for our team. However, there are just two things that I wish could be improved about it. One, I noticed that there are times when the pace of the program slows to a crawl. Whenever these lags happen, it becomes hard for us to get any work done. I hope that the team behind Ecalypse would look into this because it’s getting in the way of our productivity. Another change I’d like to see is of a more aesthetic nature. Right now the font properties look outdated. It would be nice to get an update.

"Ecalypse experience"

What do you like best about Ecalypse?

What I would like the most of this software is the easy to use at a first sight. i mean, once you log in in a new software is not always immediate to find independently the way to proceed with the first steps. Once we started to use Ecalypse we found shortly more value added in terms of effort and time consumed than the previous software. Also, my colleagues in the first days or weeks of usage are experiencing a good feeling with this new software. Of course this is a good sign that we are going in the right direction for the next future of our function operations inside our company.

What do you dislike about Ecalypse?

I would say that colours and font used could be chosen better in order to have a deeper experience. Of course, they are just opinions due to my liking and they couldn't be considered as absolute truth. Sometimes, also, the waiting time between the phases are too long and not responsive as they should be. Perthaps this effect could be caused maybe due to some script or deadlock in the queries to be checked. At this stage, my real expectations are to have these two aspects fixed within the next release of the product in order to have a better user journey and experience.

Recommendations to others considering Ecalypse:

Before choosing any kind of softweare for this kind of purposes be aware to make a proper software selection phase.

I used Ecalypse for Rental fleet management purposes.

"The custumer support is worst than Comcast custumer support"

What do you like best about Ecalypse?

At first, I thought it was a complete tool that will help my Campervan rental business to run smoothly, but after buying the full license, I realized I had wasted my money.

Like for instance, In order for your company to run promotions, you have to purchase an extra plugin... among other things.

What do you dislike about Ecalypse?

Everything!

The customer support is not only incredible slow (imagine having an issue with the platform, not being able to have your customer to book the car quickly and having to wait up to a full week for a reply) but even after you get a reply, their reply isn't the solution you need it, and you have to start all over again.

Just horrible!

Recommendations to others considering Ecalypse:

Just don't get it, buy another tool, preferable that is based in the USA for ease of the support.

I have had MANY issues since I made the mistake of spending my money on this tool.

In videos, it looks so amazingly good, then you purchase it (you can't accomplish anything with the free version of it) and realize how incredibly complicated the software is.

Im not a developer, but I have work with software for many years, I have built several websites from scratch, I can say I have a pretty solid foundation to understand how software run, but thins, is just too complicated it gives me headaches... And I don't even understand why they had to make that complicated anyway?!

short and simple: Too complicated software, horrible customer service!
