We've been using Ebsta for years now, and this tool is excellent at what it aims to accomplish. Truly a tool that is successful at increasing productivity and helps its users with being efficient in the day to day tasks. Our Sales teams like how easy it is to convert emails from their inbox into Salesforce activities, so adopting Ebsta is easy. The best part of Ebsta is the support, hands down! I've been working with Alp for years, and he is precisely the kind of support you hope for when working with a technology service - reliable and responsive!
Ebsta is great at what it does, but there is always room for improvement! I hope they build in more options to their scheduling tool so that we do not have to use more tools beyond Ebsta for those needs.
Gmail to Salesforce integration.
When our IT team introduced Ebsta To usI was excited about what this program could do. It is made campaign emails so much better because all I have to do is set a few steps and forget it. Calendar emails are so much easier again sending a link and having our candidates set the time that's best for them. As well as email tracking plus the integration between Salesforce and Ebsta is great. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

From an administrator's perspective, the ease of configuration, hands-off nature of the product once configured and intuitive interface easy for reps to pick up. From a sales reps' perspective, this is a great tool to gather as much knowledge to perform the job as well as possible.
If I had to say, it was having an Outlook X Ebsta X Salesforce integration but we are currently testing it. There are occasional power-outages like any other major tool but these are handled very smoothly.
Though there may be a wealth of cheaper options and even out-of-the-box features with your current systems; if you're looking for a robust, well-designed, supported and easy-to-use system for sales engagement, sales analytics and activity tracking, you will not find a better tool.
We have an easy-to-access archive of our communication history with clients, the added benefit of integration with Salesforce and a great, responsive support team to turn to when necessary.
We love the ability to cross-reference Salesforce contact and account details with new candidate and business development prospects on LinkedIn Recruiter easily and efficiently. The auto-sync email documentation and analytics within Salesforce is also invaluable to our management team in being able to track and evaluate team member activity performance.
We wish there was the ability to customize the viewable fields within the tool bar as the standard fields are less helpful to us than what we would like to show.
Our team uses Ebsta to quickly cross-reference Salesforce contacts with LinkedIn Recruiter prospects. This saves us time and money in the form of unnecessarily used LinkedIn credits, as well as ensures accurate prospecting documentation.
Ebsta provides our users with saving emails automatically and a two way google calendar sync into Salesforce. They also have a toolbar that allows for easy editing without even going into Salesforce records. This has proven to be really efficient and allows our users fast access to data and easy editing abilities without loading the salesforce page.
Ebsta doesn't have many downsides. The only one that sticks out to me is that when scheduling an event through the toolbar it doesn't allow the user the option to switch from Military time to Standard Time format.
Ebsta allows our users to save emails + attachments into Salesforce automatically. There's no other system that does this that I know of and it's been absolutely amazing for us.
Being able to track and keep track of emails is a boon to us in the recruitment industry. We would be lost without Ebsta's product and customer service.
Navigating menu's can sometimes be difficult. However, we can usually reach out to the Ebsta support when trying to review how to get things done
Pretty easy to use, great knowledge base and they have a very helpful technical support staff as well as response sales support team. Very professional and generally a great business partner.
Being able to see Email histories allows us to follow up and continue conversations with candidates after several years of no communication. Working with Ebsta, we've been able to help build our partnerships with our candidates, while also building a relationship with Ebsta.
Ebsta really maximizes our team's efficiency and productivity by allowing them to work wherever and whenever without having to be constantly in and out of Salesforce. It works with all the products and services that we use and works seamless with our customized fields and functions of Salesforce.
We have had no complaints so far. Any issues that we have, the Ebsta team is always very helpful and quick to resolve any issues.

Making the data entry side of Salesforce easier so more information and more accurate information is put into Salesforce. This allows our reporting to be much more accurate and robust.

It is so easy to update leads in SalesForce with Ebsta. I can easily click the top of the page and update everything I need at a super fast pace. My manager had asked us to update leads without it and I said "absolutely not!" I love this tool and think it is the most helpful for updates and efficiency.
I don't like how you cannot clone a lead in this section and how some leads are not in SalesForce so then there would be no need for Ebsta. It is fast and very user friendly and I don't see any issues with this.
This helps with efficiency and speed when updating leads. We answer a ton of emails and update the leads via Ebsta instead of going straight to SalesForce.

It is directly integrated to my office GMail account, and from there directly into SalesForce. No longer am I wasting time/copy pasting emails into SF so that I can review communications relative to the account, no longer am I manually uploading documents to SalesForce either. If the email comes from a contact that is associated to an account in SF, I can rest assured that the email will automagically post to SF and if I wish to upload attached documents I can upload them as well with just a couple of clicks.
Furthermore, if I wish to add a conversation that is not associated to a contact, I can do this as well by searching for the account with the Ebsta buttons that populate to every email and upload those conversations and/or documents to the SF account.
It's easy to learn, and very effective, saves me hours every day.
I wish it could automatically upload the email conversations sooner. I don't know that I would call it a dislike, but I would prefer to be able to see it in the SF account sooner. It is reliably there within 24 yours, without fail, but I would prefer the upload to happen within the hour, vice within a day.
The ability to setup cadences for sales campaigns has been quite effective, especially it's ability to realize a contact has responded and highlight the need then in SF tasks to respond differently to the contact.
It is saving me time. A lot of time, and making me much more effective. Even when I go on vacation the communication with prospects continues unabated.
