When you need help from Ebiz they are very quick to respond. I've worked with Rodney J. many times and he is very helpful and friendly. I've also worked with Kristina E. many times and she is so warm and friendly. It's always a pleasure speaking with her. They are both a great asset for your company. When we have had a customer dispute, EBiz is only a phone call away, and ready to help.
We have worked with EBiz for many years, and I can't say anything I dislike about them because I've never had any issues with them. Every experience has been positive.
EBiz makes it easier by allowing our company to send payment links to our customers so they can pay instead of calling in and an employee doing it for them.
I really like working with Kristina Engen, she is always so friendly. She is easy to work with and very helpful. If she doesnt know the answer she goes out of her way to help me find the answer.
The fee rate. I wish they were cheaper than my other credit card rates that we have through New Holland. I get phone calls saying that they can lower are rate to under 1% but we can use other companies.

Their really aren't many from what I can tell. If anything, I would like them to continue to expand their reach of capabilities and things they can offer. Outside of that, I really have no complaints.
They make processing payments so much easier and more secure. They also give us a means of requesting payment methods from our customers in an automated and professional manner.
You can easily contact their CS support and get a response within a day. They will also offer steps for future references.
