Their ability to integrate with our Epicor ERP system, their secure platform, and their customer service.

At this time I do not have any dislikes.

It allows our customers to easily and securely enter their credit card information allowing us to charge their credit cards at the time of order placement.

When you need help from Ebiz they are very quick to respond. I've worked with Rodney J. many times and he is very helpful and friendly. I've also worked with Kristina E. many times and she is so warm and friendly. It's always a pleasure speaking with her. They are both a great asset for your company. When we have had a customer dispute, EBiz is only a phone call away, and ready to help.

We have worked with EBiz for many years, and I can't say anything I dislike about them because I've never had any issues with them. Every experience has been positive.

EBiz makes it easier by allowing our company to send payment links to our customers so they can pay instead of calling in and an employee doing it for them.

I really like working with Kristina Engen, she is always so friendly. She is easy to work with and very helpful. If she doesnt know the answer she goes out of her way to help me find the answer.

The fee rate. I wish they were cheaper than my other credit card rates that we have through New Holland. I get phone calls saying that they can lower are rate to under 1% but we can use other companies.

When we have an online charge that doesnt show up on our CNH website. When amounts dont match.

Password change every 90 days sometimes creates issues.

Chargebacks are always an issue and EBizCharge always provides needed information.

We have used EBiz since 2014 and when we have needed them they have been there.

There is nothing I dislike about EBizCharge

We are not having any problems at this time.

They're always willing to work with me whenever I have a need. They may not always have a straightforward solution to start with, but they're willing to tailor a solution that address my exact needs.

Their really aren't many from what I can tell. If anything, I would like them to continue to expand their reach of capabilities and things they can offer. Outside of that, I really have no complaints.

They make processing payments so much easier and more secure. They also give us a means of requesting payment methods from our customers in an automated and professional manner.

You can easily contact their CS support and get a response within a day. They will also offer steps for future references.

None so far. I'm satisfied of how they assist me with every query or question.

Duplicate payments, how to verify if payments went through and how to handle chargebacks.

Great integrations with system we currently use. The abilities to add and/or remove users is easy.

Once in a will there will be a delay when going through our ERP and the ERP needs to open Ebiz to continue. Ebiz takes a bit to open.

The ability to process payment while utilizing the system/software we use. Makes it easy without the need of leaving the software to do everything we need to do

System is reliable, we have not had any issues. Statement is easy to read. If you need to contact them, customer service/technical support is very knowledgeable and very kind.

No complaints thus far. We have not had any issues.

EBiz works well for processing our customer credit / debit card purchases. The the automation and that we do not have to close out a POS terminal each day.

I like that is linked with QuickBooks and will process and update payments in QB.

I like using EBizCharge and have not found something I don't like.
