The thing i like the most about Eazystock is the Order Level, i like how it changes depending on the forecast. As forecasts differ from month to month depending on demand, seasonality and shutdowns having the Order Level change depending on this helps me to make sure I am holding the correct level of stock given any change in forecast.
I also like the substitute feature, it's really helping from replacing one code with another.
I feel some of the search parameters are limited on certain screens, I feel if we were able to filter by anything on any screen that would really help.
E.G - If we could filter by description that would really help.
Eazystock prevents me from running out of stock and in turn helps me obtain health stock levels.
The main advantage is the signfiicant time saving compared to our old method of ordering.
The software is easy to use.
Easystock would benefit from some more interaction between the risk of run out report and recommended orders. Sometimes i find items on the risk of run out report which are going to run out of stock before a delivery arrives. Often there are options to transfer stock from another site's buffer to avoid the shortage, but eazystock will not suggest the transfer itself as the other site has a healthy but below excess threshold stock level.
EasyStock has greatly reduced the amount of time required for us to review demand and plan orders.
The consolidation of information and easy to use features to export required info into NAV. Customer support is also very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful with adding new features/changing existing features to be more useful to our needs.
Compared to our previous way of ordering there isn't much we dislike about Eazystock. Any complaints we've raised have been seen to and rectified. Only existing slight issue is regarding the layout for how we do our orders for longer lead time suppliers. But this is also being worked on and is mostly due to how we've always worked.
The main problem Eazystock is solving for us is in terms of saving time for us, allowing us to work on more projects. We're also seeing benefits on stockholding in each depot where some depots would suffer previously
It has given us a better insight into our stock levels, enabling our team to manage stock effectively. Our trainers have been a great support to us, helping us enable certain features to benefit our business. The easy to access / request reports have been extremely useful to us and it seems no request is too much for the Eazystock team.
It isn't live, but this is not a huge problem at all.
Overstocking and understocking has been dramatically improved by users.
Very user friendly with most data presented in an understandable and clear way.
1) Unable to run refreshed update of the data during the day if something significant has changed, we need to get them to run it for us.
2) Summary graphs present data which is unlear eg: forecast accuracy scaling.
3) We have experienced at least 2 significant changes to the software without prior consultation or warning. Although they did revert one when we requested it. eg: 2 demand types removed that we were refering to.
The main one is the ability to build forecasts into our planning and forward demand. Also, by allowing fine tuning of ordering rules it helps reduce overstocking.
Eazystock has helped us move away from manual spreadsheets. Having the calculations worked out for us and seeing our future ordering schedule saves much time within our day-to-day processes.
We sometimes come across restrictions when requesting customized reports. There can be a lot of back and forth. Sometimes, the initial request cannot be fulfilled, and a workaround has to be found.
Eazystock has solved our previous issue of purchasing. Order schedules help us review existing orders and save us charges with suppliers. The calendars within Eazystock allow us to order with suppliers on set ordering days rather than with all suppliers every day.
We can review our stock holding, and with a customized report, we can better understand how our stocks will look in the next 12M.
The algorithm built to predict what to order, how much to order, and when to order is the best part about it. The fact that it's user friendly and easy to navigate are added perks.
The system alert summary could have a lot more tabs, there is plenty of space for it.
I really dislike the fact that I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to click on "next page". There should also be an option at the top of the page. It it isn't necessarily true a user would have to scroll through each page to get to the page he is looking for.
If you've been struggling to figure out what to order, when to and if you're not sure what your monthly pattern trend is, Eazystock will help a lot. Sometimes you think a product is popular because you've been selling it for a long time but you don't notice there is a downhill decline in sales. Eazystock notices that, preventing you from overstocking something that you once considered a consistent sales item.
Eazystock has helped me not run out of stock but at the same time make sure I am not overstocked. That's had an adverse effect as I don't lose customers from being out of stock. With not being overstocked, I've not overinvested in unnecessary stock either.
