Our staff is really spread across the globe, so we need a swift solution. When we shared using EasyStaff, I instantly liked the support team. they are always online on working hours, and their solutions are really solutions that show careful listening to every question we had. EasyStaff pays on time, and my team is happy and relaxed about payroll coming in on time. it really drives team spirit and job satisfaction for them.

My top 3 reasons to choose and recommend easystaff: it's compliant, it provides human customer support and it sends money where I need to and how often I need to. EasyStaff may not be as good as some other solutions on the market (39 euro per payment or 10% is not always great) but it does its job fast! I know for sure my payments are safe when I pay occasional freelancers. Importantly, I don't follow a particular payment schedule. I pay once my freelancer is done, and easystaff lets me do that. Overall, the experience has been nothing but pleasant and simple so far Any question I ask, I am taken care of, and easystaff really is no rocket science for a team lead like me who just needs to pay my contractors on time.

Hopefully, easystaff team will invest in their user interface. I think it's a bit boring for now, too simple for a complex tool that they are.

I really think they could work on their UI in user accounts. It is simple but it may be more excquisite, kind of prettier. A payroll service like this doesn't benefit from their current UI.

To me, managing multiple contractors, with contracts of different length,was difficult and unmanageable with in-house accounatns. EasyStaff was a game-changer because it handles all the complexities of international payments and documentation. I feel a lot more secure and unlimited, seeing that all payments are handled legally and securely. So I sincerely recommend EasyStaff if you are looking for a safe way to pay freelancers when needed.

Despite their global coverage and fast customer support, I really think EasyStaff should focus on explaining how they provide security to their clients and how exactly risks are rendered minimal. I sometimes wonder if a particular operation I am planning on making is OK, and I wish there was a library or a resource by EasyStaff explaining peculiarities behind international payroll.

I wanted to find a tool for quick on-demand payments to contractors. I believe EasyStaff offers both fast payment and necessary documentation to back up payments. I'd say thanks to EasyStaff I was able to speed up our internal teamwork, now that we are independent in payments.

easystaff is a well-grounded platform for managing your remote contractors, especially if you're dealing with a lot of smaller, frequent payments to folks all over the world. The platform makes it super easy to keep track of everyone and their invoices, which is brilliant for me as a creative producer. I hire lots of freelancers across the world for lower rates and local expertise where necessary.

One thing that really stands out is the reporting. It's fantastic for any size payment, and easystaff also provide two types of invoices and a service agreement, which is pretty cool for keeping things official.

One downside I've noticed is that the currency exchange fees fall on the client, not the freelancer. This can add up if you're working with a lot of different currencies.

One important feature of easystaff.io is speed. The service is very robust in all aspects from registration to actual money transfer. Unlike with some other contractor management tools, we were only requested to obtain the necessary document (the founder’s ID) to get verified. Moderation time was minimal, and we were able to onboard contractors right away.
