The covenience of haveing it available for my staff any where they go

We enjoy that when logged into EasyShifts it is so easy to see everybody's work schedule, and the number of features it has is awesome as well. We use it for a lot of different things.

We have not found anything we dislike about EasyShifts yet!

EasyShifts has solved our problems with clocking in and out, the app makes it very easy for our employees to make sure they are clocking in and out properly. It also makes it very easy for workers to pick up open shifts when we need them.

It is easy to use and easy for the staff to navigate.

Easy Shifts does not have integration with our payroll system

I appreciate the fact that EasyShifts is so user friendly. It puts the power of the employees schedule in their hands. No more misunderstandings, missed requests, and wondering if everyone knows of the available shifts. The schedule is all up to date so employees are able to see it in real time which is also very helpful.

I would like the ability to run reports on sick calls. I don't think that is an option currently or if it is I am not sure how to find it.

The biggest benefit of utilizing EasyShits is that I monlinger have multiple people requesting time off in various ways. It left a lot of room for errors and missed requests.

That staff are able to go into the app and pick what shifts they want to pick up ,swop,and to put in there request off days instead of me having to keep up with tons of paper.

I haven't found anything yet that I'm unsatisfied with yet. Just getting started with this app.I have been using app for a week now.

Scheduling.I dont have to carry around a bunch of papers with time to the schedule.

Easyshifts allows staff to see their own schedule, change shifts and pick up shifts all on line without the need for management.

I wish it were easier to track absences and call ins each individual

Allowing staff to be more involved and easier shift changes

As the Staffing Coordinator for a healthcare facility, I need to be able to access and change schedules with ease. EasyShifts allows me to do that.

I have not found anything that the EasyShifts staff hasn't been able to help me accomplish. Great customer service!

EasyShifts allows me to schedule and edit staff easily. I can also access attendance reports.

It saves me so much time, especially from previously entering a schedule for 3 different locations manually into excel, also then getting locked out when other staff are in looking at it, or when they accidentally change something. That is totally gone with Easy Shifts :)

It took a bit of getting used to functionality wise and knowing how to label or track some things, but with help from Jamin it was great!

It is a huge time saver, and overall much less of a thinking process than it was with our prior process! It is easy to access, and unlike our previous process more than 1 person can be signed into the schedule at once, so I don't get blocked out!

The ability to manage multiple sites at once while simultaneously having access to a time clock system.

Some of the reporting could use some updating. Time time clock system is not as robust as it could be, either.

Staffing multiple sites with nurses & keeping track of all those schedules.

Bright colors, easy to use, very intuitive! We have been using this software for probably 10 years or longer and really enjoy it. Especially when having to integrate multiple shifts across various times--invaluable!

It is somewhat frustrating to not be able to copy & paste a repeating individual working across multiple shifts. It requires no less than 3 clicks for every time slot. Not a deal breaker, but this could be improved.

Keeping our schedule up to date and allowing everyone to know immediately when changes are made to the previously published schedule. Really so very helpful!
