One can input a vendor or visiting Guest in the system anywhere from a few weeks to the day into the program with the name, time, company name, and a few other questions checked/answered. Quick to use and there is a function for registering multiple guests at the same time. You can give someone access the same day or months in advance.
I would like if the multiple guest/party registration was not restricted to members from a single company. Notifications for received requests are spotty - at times I've received e-mail notifications about requests being received and other times I'm forced to submit again in order to get the notice. Sometimes there are no notifications for guests who have arrived and others when I get them immediately upon the guest checking in. (I checked spam controls and this is not the cause of the problem.)
You can implement/register guests at the moment they arrive or well in advance. Ensure you've submitted the request as you should get an e-mail notification once your guest checks in at security. If it has not come through, resubmit the request by editing the current entry and hitting submit again.
Convenient tool to register guests before a visit or meeting. Anyone with access can implement a request within seconds. The entry process takes little time to enter/register a guest – 1 minute tops.

We are using the system for the visitor's management systems and to scan the arrivals for criminal background scans.
EasyLobby was a well rounded software that was powerful but easy to use. The wide variety of hardware (ID scanners, webcams, biometric readers, etc) made it easy to find hardware that would work with it. The customer support for after purchase has always been great, when we would have to call in for support we were assisted quickly and professionally.
I do wish they would update their software more often and keep up with the new version of windows 10. We've had some issues with the software not installing on the newer versions and have to wait until an update for easylobby is released. Also the pricing can be a bit steep for organizations that are fairly small. There are a lot of competitors out there that can usually beat their price.
If you are looking for a well rounded product that will just work easylobby is probably the best solution you can find for visitor management.
Visitor management is the biggest one. With easy lobby we can track what floor a visitor is on, make a badge specifically showing that they are a visitor and even denote on the badge if an escort is required. Pulling reports and using the watchlist are huge for use.

PC based. Required a full computer, monitor, and printer stationed in our lobby entryway. Software backend resided locally on the PC. Not cloud based for user management. At least with our implementation, we intended to have two Easylobby visitor entrances, but didn't find a good way to setup a common, central configuration and user list management. Treated each PC station as a standalone setup, thus requiring two systems to review for visitor management and reporting.
