Easy Llama is user-friendly and has an easy-to-reach customer support team with a wide array of trainings
Not too many downsides, but perhaps having more ways to access detailed reports for your learners would be helpful

The wealth of training materials, the production values are top notch, the ease of use is fantastic, and integrating it into our current training routine, and getting all of our employees set up is so easy!
The ability to only download all learner certificates for each seperatate class per session we have suggested but does not exist but customer support (which replied quickly) assured us they would look at implementing this feature.

We purchased a Harassment Prevention training course from EasyLlama for our fully remote US workforce. Some of our employees reside in areas that require annual traiing, so finding a provider that was compliant with all of them was important.
EasyLlama's pricing was fair given we're a mid-sized company and didn't need an enterprise-level system. It was also nice that they had one course that included all of the states and their required information, versus having to buy and track ones that were specific to California only, for example.
The Harassment Prevention training course we purchased is estimated to take two hours to complete on their site, but it ultimately took most employees at least four hours to complete.
We were able to administer our harassment prevention training course easily and efficiently.
The platform is super user friendly to use. I was a relatively new admin to the platform but it was easy to learn and navigate. EasyLlama also hosts weekly Q&As that you can attend, which allowed me to get more in-depth knowledge that I wasn't able to learn myself. The course variety is great. The best thing about EasyLlama is the integration with our HRIS. It's easy to set up and if you need to have custom rules made, you can reach out to easyllama support. The integration automates everything so that whenever a new hire joins the company, easyllama automatically creates their account, and auto-assigns the relevant course based on region and role. First time I ever encountered such a seamless integration between two providers. Easyllama support was helpful because I had a lot of questions regarding how the experience was like through the perspective of an employee and they answered everything and included additional resources that were helpful for me (a video orientation for learners, an email template).
I have yet to encounter anything negative about EasyLlama.
EasyLlama is helping us remain compliant by having employees be assigned to harassment prevention courses relevant to their region and role, and this whole process is automated! We're also still exploring this option but our team has been looking into using EasyLlama to help with our suppporting and training managers, so I think in the long run, this platform can help with solving this issue.

Easy Llama makes training, regardless of the type, easy, interactive, relevant, and timely. Cherry on the top is their customer service is awesome too- quick to respond and offer solutions.

We have a legal requirement for harassment prevention training. The content easily syncs with out LMS causing no issues. The fact you also cannot continue the training unless you are actively engaging with the window means the training is always watched.
Great range of training programs, including mandatory compliance training and training we can offer to employees for personal and professional development. I also like that the training for my UK colleagues is localized so they aren't learning about topics of no relevance to them, such as EEOC and ADA, but instead they learn about local topics such as the Equality Act and ACAS.
The onboarding has been excellent. My onboarding manager is very responsive and helpful.
I would like there to be more non-American actors in the videos.
We had no compliance training. Other solutions were more expensive, US-centirc, or both. We needed something that would work for teams in the US and UK. EasyLlama met that need completely.

The user interface is super simple and easy to navigate! The quality of the trainings is great and their highly applicable to today's current events and opinions. I also love that their catalog keeps expanding with more and more topics and quality
Nothing at the moment, everything has been meeting expectations.
Compliance issues are starting to become eradicated, and they're being addressed in a way that makes it really easy to address, whereas before it would have been super difficult to get a bunch of these trainings happening with everyone's busy schedules.
