Very simple and intuitive UI, very straightforward Survey creation process and participant invitation. To make survey creation easier, Templates can be saved, which can be used anytime to create similar types of Surveys. Also, the platform allows for maintaining Participant lists, which can be used to invite Participants to the survey quickly. It shows the analytics of the Feedback/Survey conducted, and Email hooks help to understand the open rate of the Feedback.

The main dashboard needs a little work, such as different sections or groups of Surveys, Analytics Dashboard where the data can be exported easily. Apart from this, the platform is easy to use and very efficient.

Easyfeedback takes care of all the Surveys in our team, whether internal or Customer-centric Feedback. Handy templates and an easy participation panel.

The things I liked the most is that it has a larger number of pre-made survey, so one has just to select and publish, it saves a lot of time for a user to design a survey and more it has so reasonable plans that one can purchase its premium plan and continue their work.

easyfeedback is so much useful that I haven't found any disadvantages to it; it is so easy to use that anyone can literally use it without having any problems at all

As I work in an organization of 40+ people, it makes it easy for me to ask everyone about their needs by just using a survey, it also allows me to ask newly onboarded employees what they need in their job and by what means would their work be more accessible for that I use easyfeedback and make a survey asking their needs and all. Hence I don't have to ask them individually

Recently used it for my research questionnaire. It is very easy to use with the pre-existing templates and guides towards efficient and effective questions for the survey, saving a lot time from designing the survey.

The homepage can be differentiated with the variety of the survey that can be used such as academic, HR, marketing etc. This way the sorting will be easy.
