It's an online-only tool; it would have benefitted me even more if it was downloadable and if I could use it regardless of internet connection on multiple machines that I usually work simultaneously on.

The biggest use case for me is to combine files from multiple formats into PDF and subsequently spit and merge the PDF files as many times as I need to for meeting my business needs. The most significant benefit has been speed and reduced friction in my workflows.
