Easy Insight has streamlined the way our organization handles reporting and data visualization. As a reporting software, it successfully integrates cross-platform data quickly and efficiently.

One of the standout features is the extensive range of data integrations and reporting set-up. It really is a souped up excel, but instead of having to manually create pivot tables and manually download and store data, everything is done easily within the platform. Not to mention the creator is extremely responsive and any fixes or snags that are needed or occur, he is always quick to dig in and ensure smooth sailing.

This product allows a lot of flexibility in reporting and is a vaulable asset to the way our organization uses data to make business decisions.

Its user-friendly interface, seamless data integrations, and superb customer support make it an excellent choice for any organization seeking to optimize their reporting and analytics processes.

Only constructive feedback I have is I wish there was a way to have data update immediately, but I don't foresee a workaround since this platform pulls data from outside software, and response times between the two will never be fully succinc - just the nature of the beast.

Reporting, data analytics, real-time audit of employee budget, time entries, etc.

The best part of easy insight is the ease of use to generate complicated reports.

We have not found any downsides to using the software.

Easy Insight maintains historical information from our discontinued WMS

James Bow's customer service is knowledgable and fast. We are able to access more information about our business. We can prolong the life of our existing ERP system Cin7. EI allows you to make some great statements, for example, commission statements, which we have struggled to create elsewhere.

While EI is relatively easy to use as with any software there is a learning curve to using it. The reports are easy to build, but making good easy to read dashboards is harder. There could also be more formatting functionality to optimize the appearance of dashboards.

Weekly sales reporting information - now have better more timely information.

Giving our sales reps access to much more information for them to better manage their businesses.

Commission statements - able to produce accurate monthly statements for sales reps.

Quick and repeatable available to sell reports.

Ability to make the reports time based in advance.

Easy Insight is definitely one of my favorite pieces of software we subscribe to.

Funny enough it produces much more useful reports than my actual inventory software (Cin7 previously DEAR). Cin7 is one of the most important pieces of software in my business, but the reports are terrible. Thank goodness Easy Insight is here to take all that good data from CIN 7 and give me reports I can actually do something with.

Using it for inventory and financial reports and automating them to email me is very helpful.

Also I really like and appreciate that the subscription model is FAIR! You pay a flat rate and get all the features. It is not the greedy bloated highway robbery model you see with other software that tries to ride on your coat tail of success and charge you more based on your revenue.

The customer support is absolutely amazing. James always gets back to me with all of my concerns and gets my issues resolved

I don't really dislike anything honestly.

It has a learning curve but once you understand it, its quite easy to use.

Also you have the benefit of the customer support always there to help point you in the right direction.

We use it for inventory reporting (pulls data from our inventory software via API). Because it does far better reporting than our actual inventory software.

We also use it for sales reports. Weekly, monthly, etc.

Basically if you can think of a report/query to ask your data- Easy Insight can help you present the data.

- I would have to the amount of time and resources that the software has awarded my company. I would highly recommend this software if your company is a highly data driven company, the simplicity does not require to be a coder, at first it will be challenging but James is always there to help and guide, If your company does not have Easy insights you will fall behind and waste resources scraping all your data manually from different data sources.

- Really there is not anything bad to say, besides the time you need to put in at first theres nothing you can say as to why you should not have this software. AGAIN THIS SOFTWARE IS A MUST IN ANY COMPANY.

- It is solving the time problem of having to go to mulitiple data sources and extract information, not only that but also displaying the data in a way that is informative.

It connects to virtually any platform. With James' help, I have been able to tie in different platforms to see my margins, advertising ROAS and shipping costs. Even Google Sheets data can be used with this platform.

It has a steep learning curve. I am still trying to learn the platform myself. HOWEVER, James has been an incredible help and has made the platform suit my exact requirements.

Bringing data to one place. Shipping data from Starshipit - done. Shopify order revenue - done. Katana for my COGs - done. But what about if I need to have a fallback system for when COGs weren't correctly recorded in Katana? We use Google Sheets to supply backup data. No other BI program seems this powerful.

Customer support is quick and effective. Customization is endless.

Nothing I dislike, there is room for improvement in the delivery of reports by email.

It has helped us communicate up to our C-suite and down to our warehouse team. Data is safely stored and accessible. Decision making is increasingly analytical.

It provides a means to create dashboards and reports once you learn how. We have been clients for a while now. Their team is the best!

I'm still learning how to be more self-sufficient but James is always there for us when in a pinch.

It allows us to collate data from multiple sources and easily display it. We use the information to help clients understand how to improve operations.

Easy Insight has a vast number of connectors and it's very easy to get started with basic reports. In addition to this, they are very responsive to requests for information. Easy Insight saves us hours or processing and with the reports keeps all of our systems in check. We could do with out Easy Insight in our business.

The only thing that I can think of as a downside of easy insights is to do more of the more complex reports it does take some time to learn.

Easy Insight is a extremely powerful business intelligence tool. In my experience, it's been easier to implement and give the general user much more powerful reporting tools at their fingertips than Tableau or PowerBI. The team has thought of many integrations and use cases. We were able to tie together multiple data sources and run powerful analytics within hours with no advanced technical assistance or BI skills. Reports are extremely customizable and flexible and can be scheduled to email to the whole team. Customer service has been excellent too!

The user interface is not the fanciest or the prettiest, and sometimes not completely intuitive. Discovering and leveraging some of their more advanced features requires time and effort on the user's part.

The reporting out of Quickbooks is limited. EI has been able to ingest all of our Quickbooks data and give me much more powerful reporting than out-of-the-box QB reports. I've also been able to combine other data sources and use their reporting and emailing tools to build visibility and alerting capabilities.
