I had a PayPal notification issue

I had a PayPal notification issue, and Roar (customer chat agent) was awesome. They sent me the info to fix it, and I stayed on chat as I followed along (answering and confirming my steps along the way). It felt like I was working with someone next door to me. Great customer service e-junkie. But I do think you should change your name. No junk here at all.

So to start with I am totally inept to deal technology. I had people do it for me in the past. I needed to restart my old account and upload an e book. I was guided hand by hand by a lovely super lovely young lady from Arizona. The patience she had with me, and she made it as easy as possible to do all I had to do. As far as payment is concerned, I have never come across a company that doesn't know me, and I made some errors with my payments, I overpaid. They gave me all the links to go and cancel my payments, and suggested not to worry about the existing month that they are giving me with out pay. Not big dollars, but it is the offer that made a huge difference. So yes I give them a 10+. And yes years ago they were my selling platform, never had a problem.

What do you like best about e-junkie?

E-junkie is easy to use once you get used it. It has many powerful features and is very flexible for different kinds of items. We use it for both items we ship and for downloads. We especially appreciate the functions and options for coupons.

What do you dislike about e-junkie?

We have to ask for an HTML code to offer items for sale through our PayPal account. It's not a big problem but does take a little extra time. Their tech support responds quickly.

What problems is e-junkie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Selling downloads online is difficult but is pretty easy with E-junkie. I also love their cart system, shipping options and coupons.

What do you like best about e-junkie?

Incredibly reliable platform. I know since we've been with e-Junkie since 2009. Fantastic and dependable technical support and innovative solutions. Over 12 years e-Junkie never gave me a reason to switch to a competitor. They always delivered in evolving their product to compete technically and were also extremely competive in their pricing.

What do you dislike about e-junkie?

Literally nothing. We left e-Junkie in 2021 because our company had grown quite a bit and we migrated our website to a new ecommerce solution that already supported PDF downloads.

Recommendations to others considering e-junkie:

If you're selling digital product and need a solution for delivering your product to consumers e-Junkie really delivers excellence.

What problems is e-junkie solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I could've moved e-Junkie to our newest website platform I would've. It was tough to say goodbye. Please know that e-Junkie will give you amazing, highly competent and innovative service. If it wasn't for e-Junkie we would've never built our business into what it is today.

Excellent, especially for small businesses and start ups

I found E-Junkie via Pat Flynn perhaps 7 or 8 years ago and have been using it ever since. I wanted to start selling e-books, and also having a way for people to download a lead magnet and in turn enter my email list. E-Junkie was perfect for this and extremely cheap (I think they should charge more than they do and would have paid more). It was fairly easy to set up as far as I recall but it was a long time ago. It enabled me to run the website sales and downloads automatically for years without any input from me in terms of delivery per transaction. It is only now with the business growing that we have moved to a different solution but I cannot really fault the service. For anyone looking to get started with delivering downloads, this is a great place to start.
