This application is the ERP solution for branches and single office equipment operators. Users can manage operations which include, service, support, contracts, supplies, CRM, and more. It can also mange accounting functions like recurring monthly billing, vendor purchase orders, and numerous management reports. Overall the application modernizes any organization and give them a presence to be able to compete with any company.
The application is costly and requires time to implement and understand. Better integration services would help alleviate this. That being said you can pay for integration which is again costly. Also the fact that each module is sold separately is another concern. The base application handles the majority of what you need, but the bells and whistles that woos your clients are all additional. Service technician automation is an add-on that is needed in this highly technical environment. Pushing information to service employees so customers are properly managed and your business is updated immediately is a plus.
There really isn't another solution for office equipment dealers. This is the number 1 solution. Others will have some of what you need, but if you want to be successful, this is the application for you.

E-automate is a great business management platform that provides an opportunity to streamline business processes like accounting, contract, inventory, purchasing, sales, and customer service, in one space which gives the opportunity to see things at a glance. It streamlines and consolidate the daily processes and helps to see things in a real time.
The system deployment was not easy and it took a lot of time to understand and train the people to manage the system thus it took time to reap the benefits at initial stages.
I would recommend others to spend significant time on training and take time to switch to the system like don't switch all operations at once to e-automate.
We solved problems like instead of having different systems to manage operations it helped us have everything at one platform which helped us manage things easily and have a real-time picture of operations and data.

Job management is fairly straightforward - Being able to have multiple pieces of equipment assigned to one company and able to open and close jobs on them all at once saves time and energy.
We have a very large number of companies we work with and subdivisions of companies, the software does not allow multiple pieces of equipment from different locations / bill codes to be closed together.
E-Auto is a great and intuitive program for all of your needs, My primary usage is for Job management - opening, closing, modifying jobs while working from a remote location. Occasionally it can freeze up (especially after updates) so just be patient, also for us we have large reports that get run at the end of each day, when that occurs, it does cause E-Auto to respond very slowly. It's not a huge deal but can sometimes be an annoyance if they don't give us a heads up before hand. However the ease of being able to manage, track, open and close tickets with ease and having most of our equipment auto assigned to a specific tech makes scheduling a breeze. Would highly recommend this product if you are in the Copier industry and are managing multiple units.
Job and Time management - It has given us the ability to monitor and assign jobs to our field techs efficiently and has a great paging system for when a customer calls for an ETA.
