There are a few restraints with the app for our cell phones. You can only have one user on your computer at a time. You have to completely remove that user for another one to sign in.
We like the "Dialer". It dials the call lists for you, so you do not waste time having to dial each call that you want to make manually. Again time is money, and we don't want to waste it.
What I like best about DYL Business Phone Service is that it is very user-friendly and easy to use. You do not have to be technically savvy to use this product.
My least favorite part of DYL Business Phone Service is that it does not have all the tools as other services do. It gets the job done but does not have features that other products have.

EZ Routing and set up.
Voicemail forwarding service is very easy to use and keeps us in business.
Phone systems were down for couple hours few weeks ago.
DYL routes the phone calls to the right person and it enables us to manage leads and clients.
Also fax service is easy to use.
Call recording, texting, call log with date and time, be able to run reports.
Continuos issues with system, system has gone completely down for hours, connectivity issues. Had to pay for an extra router to somewhat make it work better

Their sales guy who just calls himself JR has been spamming me sales emails for many many months. I have repeatedly told him to stop emailing me but he just keeps it up. And the emails have no direct way to opt-out. A complete violation of can-spam laws.

We have two locations and DYL helps us easily communicate with our entire team, no matter where they are.
The chat feature is not very user friendly, I wish that it was not built in to the browser and it was more like a skype program. I also dislike their lead manager feature. It is confusing
